Marketing dashboard software that blends spend and revenue
Most marketing dashboard software stops at impressions and clicks. MixedMetrics goes the whole way to money. It connects GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo, and HubSpot through read-only connectors, then blends every metric into one live board.

In the Blend Board you see blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel in real time. An AI insight layer flags what changed week over week and where money is leaking. We never write to your tools or move money, and your data stays aggregated with no PII exposure.
The short answer
Marketing dashboard software pulls spend and revenue from every channel into one live view so you can see whether marketing is actually paying for itself. The metrics that matter are blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV:CAC, and revenue by channel, because platform-reported numbers double-count conversions and never reconcile to the bank. MixedMetrics connects GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify, Stripe, and Klaviyo read-only, and computes all of it for you from $79 per month.

In depth
Choosing marketing dashboard software
What is marketing dashboard software?
Marketing dashboard software connects to the platforms where your marketing happens and presents the results in one continuously updated view, instead of a set of exports somebody assembles by hand each week. The category ranges from free BI canvases you build yourself, through agency reporting tools that produce branded client PDFs, to products like this one that arrive with the spend-to-revenue math already done.
What separates them is not the chart library. It is how far each one goes before handing the problem back to you. A tool that pulls Google Ads and Meta into the same page has done the easy half. The hard half is deciding what happens when both platforms claim the same sale, and most software in this category simply prints both claims and lets you work it out.
What should a marketing dashboard include?
Two tiers, and mixing them is why so many dashboards get built and then ignored. Channel metrics are for running the accounts day to day. Business metrics are for deciding where the next dollar of budget goes, and they only work when computed across everything at once rather than per platform.
If a dashboard only carries the first tier it will generate activity reports and never settle a budget argument. Our page on marketing KPI dashboards covers metric selection in more depth, and marketing dashboard examples shows what the finished layouts look like.
- Channel tier: spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, cost per conversion, platform ROAS
- Business tier: blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, LTV:CAC, revenue by channel
- Pacing: spend to date against budget, and projected month-end spend
- Change detection: what moved week over week, and which channel caused it
How much does marketing dashboard software cost?
The range runs from free to well past $1,000 a month, and the spread comes from the pricing model rather than the feature list. Agency reporting tools bill per client or per dashboard: AgencyAnalytics is $20 per client per month on annual billing, DashThis starts at $44 a month for 3 dashboards. Data pipeline tools bill per connector and per row, from about EUR 39 a month for Supermetrics to EUR 280 a month for Funnel.io. Ecommerce attribution tools bill against your store revenue or ad spend. MixedMetrics is a flat $79 a month with every connected channel included.
Price the unit, not the sticker. A $44 plan that meters dashboards and connected sources becomes a $279 plan the moment your roster or your channel mix grows, while a flat rate does not move. We put 16 vendors side by side on prices read off their own pages in our marketing reporting software pricing comparison.
Is a spreadsheet good enough instead of marketing dashboard software?
For one or two channels and one person, yes, genuinely. A weekly export into a sheet is cheap, flexible, and nobody has to learn anything. The break point arrives at the third channel, because now something has to align date ranges, currencies, and three different definitions of a conversion before the numbers can share a row, and that reconciliation is redone by hand every single week.
The failure mode is quieter than people expect. Spreadsheets rarely produce an obviously wrong number; they produce a slightly stale one, or one built on a column that shifted when a platform renamed a field. Nobody notices until a budget decision has already been made on it.
Should you buy marketing dashboard software or build your own?
Buy if the questions you need answered are standard marketing and revenue questions, even if your channel mix is unusual. Build if the dashboard has to reach data that no marketing tool connects to, such as a proprietary internal system or an offline sales process only your CRM understands.
The common mistake is treating configuration as a reason to build. Wanting your own metric names, channel groupings, or chart order feels bespoke and is not. Wanting to model revenue through a multi-step process specific to your business genuinely is. We work through the whole decision, including what the recurring stack under a real build costs, on our custom marketing dashboard page, and how to build a marketing dashboard walks through the build path step by step.
Why do the numbers in marketing dashboard software never match?
Because every platform counts on its own rules and its own window, and those rules change. Google Ads defaults to a 30-day click-through conversion window, a 3-day engaged-view window, and a 1-day view-through window. Meta works to an entirely different set, and on 12 January 2026 it stopped returning the 7-day view and 28-day view attribution windows from its Ads Insights API altogether, leaving 1-day click, 7-day click, 28-day click, 1-day engaged view, and 1-day view.
There is a second cause that catches people out even when tracking is perfect: Google Ads books a conversion against the date of the click, while GA4 books it against the date of the event. Compare the same week in both and they will differ. The only figure that reconciles is total revenue over total spend, which is what blended ROAS measures, and we work through the arithmetic in why ad platform numbers do not match.
