Windsor.ai alternative: pricing, connectors, and Windsor.ai vs Supermetrics compared
Windsor.ai occupies a specific and useful slot in the marketing stack: it is the pipe. Connect your ad accounts, your analytics, your store, and your CRM, and Windsor moves that data on a schedule into whatever destination you already report from. The connector catalogue is large, roughly 325 platforms, and the flat-rate plans include every source and every destination rather than charging separately for the expensive ones. For a team that already lives in Looker Studio or has a warehouse and an analyst, that is a sensible, cheap purchase, and at $19 a month on the entry plan it undercuts almost everything in the category.

Sample data, your real stack connects in minutes, read-only
The limitation is structural rather than a flaw. A pipeline hands you rows. Somebody still has to decide that blended CAC is total spend across every account divided by new customers from Stripe, build that calculation, keep it correct when a channel is added, and rebuild the report when the ad platform changes a field name. Windsor will get Meta spend and Shopify revenue into the same table. It will not tell you that your blended ROAS fell because TikTok quietly ate 18 percent of the budget. The pricing also scales on the one axis that grows fastest for a healthy marketing team, the number of connected data sources, so the plan that fits today tends to need an upgrade the moment you add two channels.
MixedMetrics starts where the pipeline ends. Read-only connectors to GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe, and Klaviyo or HubSpot feed a dashboard that already knows what blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and LTV:CAC are, with an AI layer that flags what changed week over week and where spend is leaking. There is no BI tool to license, no data model to maintain, and the price is a flat $79 a month whether you connect three channels or eleven. The honest trade is coverage: Windsor connects to hundreds of platforms and will feed a warehouse, and we connect to the marketing and revenue systems most growth teams actually run on. If your requirement is piping 40 obscure sources into Snowflake, Windsor is the right tool and this page will not pretend otherwise.
The short answer
Windsor.ai is a marketing data pipeline, not a dashboard. It pulls from 325 or so platforms and delivers the rows into Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Power BI, BigQuery, or Snowflake, priced by how many data sources you connect: $19 a month annually for 3 sources on Basic, $99 for 7 on Standard, $249 for 10 on Plus, $499 for 14 on Professional, plus a genuinely free tier. It is cheap and it is good at moving data. What it does not do is decide what the numbers mean, so you still build and maintain the reporting layer yourself. MixedMetrics is the alternative for teams that want the finished answer rather than the raw rows: blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, and LTV computed across every connected channel on one live board, flat $79 a month, no BI tool and no modeling work in between.

Windsor.ai is a no-code marketing ETL that moves data from around 325 sources into Looker Studio, Sheets, Power BI, or a warehouse, priced by connected data source count from $19 per month annually up to $499, with a free tier and custom Enterprise. MixedMetrics is a finished blended marketing and revenue dashboard: blended ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel with an AI leak-finder, flat $79 per month, no BI layer required. Raw rows you still have to model versus the answer already computed.
Side by side
Windsor.ai vs MixedMetrics, honestly
A fair look at what each does well. Both can show you marketing numbers. Here is where they differ.
| What matters | MixedMetrics | Windsor.ai |
|---|---|---|
| What you actually get | A finished live dashboard with blended ROAS, CAC, MER, and LTV already calculated | A data pipeline. You build the dashboard yourself in Looker Studio, Power BI, Sheets, or a warehouse |
| Published entry price | Flat $79 per month, self-serve | $19 per month on annual billing ($23 monthly) for the Basic plan, plus a free forever tier |
| How pricing scales | Flat. Does not change with connected sources, ad accounts, users, spend, or revenue | By connected data sources and accounts: 3 sources at $19, 7 at $99, 10 at $249, 14 at $499 on annual billing |
| Connector breadth | Focused set: GA4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo, HubSpot | Far broader, roughly 325 platforms, and every plan includes access to all of them |
| Warehouse and BI destinations | Not a destination tool. The dashboard is the product | Strong. BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Sheets, Excel |
| Time to a usable answer | Minutes. Connect accounts and the blended metrics populate themselves | Fast to sync, then however long it takes your team to design and maintain the report |
| Blended profitability math | Blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and LTV:CAC computed across paid, organic, and billing data | Not computed. Windsor delivers the underlying rows and leaves the metric definitions to you |
| Users included | Included on the flat plan | Unlimited users on every paid plan, which is genuinely generous for the price |

Windsor.ai competitors compared on verified 2026 pricing
Every figure below was read off the vendor's own pricing page in July 2026. Where a vendor does not publish a rate, we say so rather than repeating a third-party number we cannot confirm.
| Tool | Best for | Pricing model | The honest catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Windsor.ai | Teams with an existing BI tool or warehouse who need cheap, broad marketing data pipes | By data source count on annual billing: Basic $19/mo (3 sources), Standard $99 (7), Plus $249 (10), Professional $499 (14). Free tier and 30-day trial, Enterprise custom | It is a pipeline, not a dashboard. You still build and maintain the reporting layer, and the bill steps up every time you add sources |
| MixedMetrics | Teams that want blended ROAS, CAC, MER, and LTV answered without building anything | Flat from $79/mo regardless of sources, accounts, users, spend, or revenue | Focused connector list rather than hundreds, attribution-lite by design, and no white-label client portal |
| Supermetrics | Analysts who want the deepest, most battle-tested connectors into Sheets, BI, or a warehouse | From EUR 39/mo on yearly billing (EUR 49 monthly), mid tier EUR 159, top published tier EUR 399. 14-day trial, no free plan, billed in EUR | Charges by source, destination, and seat, so real-world bills climb well past the headline, and it is still a pipeline not a dashboard |
| Funnel.io | Larger teams that need heavy data transformation and governance before reporting | Starter from $300/mo on annual billing (121 connectors), Business from $600, Enterprise custom | Entry price is roughly 15x Windsor.ai and it expects someone to own the data modeling |
| Improvado | Enterprise marketing teams with an analytics function and a real budget | Free Limited $0, MCP Only $100/mo, Advanced and Enterprise quoted | The tiers that matter are unpriced and sold through sales, so you cannot compare cost without a call |
| Looker Studio | Anyone who wants a free canvas and already has the data somewhere | Free. Looker Studio Pro roughly $9 per user per month | Free to license, expensive in hours. Native connectors are thin, blends get slow, and it is the thing Windsor.ai usually feeds |
| DashThis | Agencies sending recurring client reports with white-label branding | Individual $44/mo (3 dashboards, 15 sources), Professional $139 (10, 40), Business $279 (25, 100), Standard $429 (50+, 200+). Unlimited users, free trial | Priced by dashboard and source count, and it reports on channel performance rather than blending spend against collected revenue |

In depth
What buyers actually ask before choosing Windsor.ai
How much does Windsor.ai cost?
Windsor.ai publishes its whole ladder, which is more than most of this category manages. On annual billing it runs $19 a month for Basic (3 data sources, 75 accounts), $99 for Standard (7 sources), $249 for Plus (10 sources, 200 accounts), and $499 for Professional (14 sources, 500 accounts, 15-minute syncs). Paid monthly those become $23, $118, $299, and $598. Enterprise is quoted and stretches to 200 sources and 50,000 accounts.
There is also a real free tier. The 30-day trial gives you 1 user, 10 data sources, 15 accounts, and 5 destination tasks with 30 days of history, and when that lapses the forever-free plan keeps 1 user, 1 data source, and 1 account. Every paid plan includes unlimited users and access to all sources and destinations, which is the genuinely differentiated part of the pricing: no premium-connector surcharge and no per-seat fee.
The number to plan around is the data source count, because that is the meter. A team running Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Search Console, Shopify, and Stripe is already at seven sources, which is the Standard plan at $99 a month. Add Klaviyo and LinkedIn and you are into Plus at $249. Compare that against a flat rate before assuming the $19 headline applies to you.
Windsor.ai vs Supermetrics: which is better?
They do the same job with opposite pricing philosophies. Both are no-code marketing ETL: pull from ad platforms and analytics, push into Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or a warehouse. Supermetrics is the older, deeper product with the most hardened connectors in the market and the better track record when an API changes overnight. Windsor.ai is the cheaper, flatter one, with a broader raw connector count and everything included.
Price is where the choice usually gets made. Supermetrics starts at EUR 39 a month on yearly billing and charges along three axes at once: which sources, which destinations, and how many seats. Windsor charges on one axis, sources, and throws in unlimited users and all destinations. For a small team the real-world gap is often larger than the list prices suggest, because the Supermetrics bill grows every time somebody new needs access.
Supermetrics earns its premium when reliability is the product. If a broken sync costs you a client report on a Monday morning, the maturity is worth paying for. Our Supermetrics alternative page covers that comparison in full, and Supermetrics vs Funnel.io works through the tier above both of them.
The question neither answers: both hand you rows. If what you actually wanted was to know whether last month was profitable, you are still going to build that view yourself in a third tool.
Is Windsor.ai a dashboard or a data pipeline?
A data pipeline, and it is upfront about that. Windsor.ai is an ELT and ETL tool whose output is a destination: Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. The dashboards you see in Windsor marketing material are Looker Studio templates fed by Windsor, not a native reporting product.
This matters for budgeting because the subscription is rarely the whole cost. Somebody has to design the report, define what each metric means, keep the definitions consistent as channels are added, and fix it when a platform renames a field. That work is invisible until the person who did it leaves. Teams that are honest about the hours usually find the pipeline is the cheap part.
If you have an analyst and a warehouse, this is a fine architecture and Windsor is a cheap way to feed it. If your team is three marketers and nobody owns SQL, buying pipes and hoping the dashboard appears is how you end up back in a spreadsheet. That is the case a finished marketing dashboard software product exists to serve.
What is the best Windsor.ai alternative?
It depends on which half of the problem you are solving. If you want the same job done, moving marketing data into your own BI tool or warehouse, Supermetrics is the more mature pipeline and Funnel.io is the heavier one for teams that need real transformation and governance, starting around $300 a month on annual billing. Improvado sits at the enterprise end with most of its tiers unpriced.
If you want reporting rather than plumbing, the comparison set changes entirely. DashThis at $44 to $429 a month is built for agencies sending recurring client reports. Looker Studio is free and is usually what Windsor feeds. And a blended dashboard replaces the pipeline plus the BI layer plus the maintenance with one flat $79 a month, at the cost of a narrower connector list.
The clarifying question is what you plan to do on the Monday after it is set up. If the answer is "write queries against fresh data", buy a pipeline. If the answer is "look at whether we made money last week", buy the dashboard. Our marketing reporting software pricing comparison lays out the whole field on verified numbers.
Does Windsor.ai calculate blended ROAS or blended CAC?
Not on its own. Windsor.ai delivers the ingredients, spend rows from each ad platform and revenue rows from your store or billing system, into whatever destination you chose. Turning that into blended ROAS means summing spend across every account, summing revenue actually collected, and dividing, then keeping that calculation correct forever. Blended CAC needs the same discipline plus an agreed definition of a new customer.
That is not difficult arithmetic, which is exactly why it gets built badly. The common failure is a Looker Studio blend that quietly double counts a channel after somebody adds a second Meta ad account, and nobody notices for a quarter because the number still looks plausible.
MixedMetrics computes those metrics as the product rather than as a report you assemble. Connect the accounts and blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and LTV:CAC populate with the definitions already fixed. If you want the reasoning behind them first, blended ROAS and blended CAC explain why the blended view is the one finance ends up trusting.
Is Windsor.ai good for agencies?
It can be, with a caveat that catches people out. Unlimited users on every paid plan is unusually generous, so seat count is not the constraint it is with Supermetrics. The constraint is data sources and accounts. Basic covers 75 accounts, Plus 200, Professional 500, so a fifteen-client agency running three channels each is well past the entry plan before it starts.
The bigger gap is that Windsor has no client-facing reporting layer. There is no white-label portal, no scheduled branded PDF, no client login, because those belong to the destination tool. Agencies typically end up paying for Windsor plus Looker Studio work, or buying a purpose-built agency reporting product instead.
For that workflow, DashThis, Swydo (one plan at EUR 69 a month monthly or EUR 62 annually, 10 sources included then tiered add-ons), and AgencyAnalytics are built for it and include white-labeling. We are not: MixedMetrics has no white-label client portal, which we would rather state plainly on a comparison page. Our marketing dashboard for agencies page explains where we do and do not fit that model.
Why teams pick MixedMetrics
Blended truth, AI insights, no BI tool
One blended read-out
Blended ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel in one live view, instead of eight platform dashboards each claiming the same conversion under its own attribution.
AI that finds the leak
A built-in insight layer reads the blended data and tells you what changed and where spend is leaking, so you act before the month closes. No analyst required.
Connect, do not migrate
Read-only connectors to GA4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Stripe, Shopify, and more. No BI tool to build, no data engineer, first blended dashboard the same day.
