MixedMetrics is narrower on purpose. It does not ask you to build a board; it arrives with the cross-channel marketing math already done. Connect read-only to GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe, and Klaviyo or HubSpot, and you get blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel in one live view, plus an AI layer that flags what changed and where spend is leaking. Where Databox is a canvas for any KPI, MixedMetrics is the finished answer for whether your marketing is profitable.

The short answer

The field

Databox competitors compared on verified 2026 pricing

Every price below was read off the vendor's own pricing page in July 2026. Where a vendor publishes in euros or refuses to publish at all, we say so rather than inventing a dollar figure.

Swipe to see pricing and the catch

Tool Best for Pricing model The honest catch
Databox Watching any business KPI in one place, with a free tier to start on Free (3 sources, 1 user), then Analyst $64/mo, Pro $159/mo, Growth $399/mo annually, plus about $5.60 per extra source Free and Analyst tiers are single user, you build every board yourself, and nothing blends spend against revenue
MixedMetrics Teams that want the marketing math already done rather than a canvas to build on Flat from $79/mo regardless of sources, users, or connected accounts Narrow by design: marketing and revenue KPIs only, no general-purpose KPI builder and no white-label client portal
AgencyAnalytics Agencies delivering branded client report packs across 85+ integrations One Core plan since May 2026: $20 per client per month billed annually, $25 monthly Linear per-client billing, and rank tracking is a $41.67/mo add-on per 500 keywords
DashThis Straightforward automated client dashboards at the lowest credible price By dashboard count: $44/mo (3 dashboards), $139 (10), $279 (25), $429 (50+) Full white labeling only from the Business tier, and no blended profitability math
Klipfolio Custom metric modeling for teams happy to build their own dashboards Klips by dashboard count: Base $120, Grow $190, Team $310, Team+ $600 per month on annual billing, unlimited users Steep learning curve, and PowerMetrics no longer publishes a price list at all
Whatagraph Agencies that want reporting handled with onboarding support included Two plans only: Max EUR 699/mo annual (50+ source credits), Prime custom with credits quoted. 14-day trial on Max Priced in euros, source credits meter every connected account, and the entry point is high
Looker Studio Zero-budget reporting when someone will maintain it Free, with Looker Studio Pro at $9 per user per project per month Non-Google sources need paid third-party connectors, and you build and maintain every calculation

In depth

What buyers ask when they compare Databox

How much does Databox cost in 2026?

As of August 2026 Databox publishes a free plan with 3 data sources and 1 user, then three paid tiers on annual billing: Analyst at $64 per month (5 data sources, 1 user), Pro at $159 (unlimited users, 3 sources included), and Growth at $399 (unlimited users), with a Custom tier above that. Monthly billing is roughly 20 percent higher, so Pro is $199 and Growth is $499. Extra data sources on the paid tiers cost about $5.60 each per month annually. There is also a 14-day free trial of Growth with no credit card required, which is the sensible way to test whether the boards you need are realistic to build.

The detail that decides most bills is the source count rather than the tier. Pro includes only 3 data sources despite costing $159, so an agency connecting Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Search Console, Shopify, and Klaviyo for one client is already paying for four extras. We put every reporting tool side by side on published numbers in our marketing reporting software pricing comparison.

The number to watch is data sources. If you connect Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Shopify, and Stripe, that is six sources before you add a CRM, so the source-based add-ons and tier limits are where the real bill is set, not the headline price.

One further detail matters if you are an agency, and it is not on the plan cards. Re-reading the Databox pricing page in August 2026, white-labeling is listed as an add-on on Free, Analyst, Pro and Growth alike, and is included only on the quote-only Custom plan. So a $399 a month Growth subscription still does not give you a branded client deliverable without a further fee that Databox does not publish. Advanced security including SSO, and priority support, are add-ons on every published tier too. At three connected sources per client, ten clients works out at about $310 a month on Pro before any of that is added. We priced the alternatives that do include white label in Raven Tools competitors.

Does Databox show blended ROAS?

Not as a finished metric. Databox gives you calculated metrics and metric builders, so you can construct a blended ROAS by combining spend from several ad sources against a revenue source. It is capable, but it is a board you design and maintain, and it recomputes only the way you set it up.

MixedMetrics computes blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, and LTV automatically across every connected channel and reconciles them to real revenue from your store and billing. If you want the logic behind the metric, our guide to blended ROAS versus platform ROAS walks through why in-platform ROAS overstates itself.

Is there a cheaper Databox alternative?

On sticker price, Looker Studio is free and Databox has its own free tier, so both are cheaper than most paid tools if you are willing to build and maintain the boards. The saving is real only if your time is free.

The more honest comparison is price per outcome. If the outcome is a wide company KPI board, Databox earns its place. If the outcome is knowing whether last month's ad spend produced profitable customers, a flat-rate blended dashboard answers that directly and does not scale its price with the number of data sources you connect.

Why teams pick MixedMetrics

Blended truth, AI insights, no BI tool

01

One blended read-out

Blended ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel in one live view, instead of eight platform dashboards each claiming the same conversion under its own attribution.

02

AI that finds the leak

A built-in insight layer reads the blended data and tells you what changed and where spend is leaking, so you act before the month closes. No analyst required.

03

Connect, do not migrate

Read-only connectors to GA4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Stripe, Shopify, and more. No BI tool to build, no data engineer, first blended dashboard the same day.
