SECURITY AND PRIVACY // READ-ONLY BY DESIGN

Security and privacy for read-only marketing data

Aggregating your marketing data should make you safer, not exposed. Every MixedMetrics connector is read-only, so we never write to your tools or move money. We pull aggregated metrics with no PII, encrypt everything in transit and at rest, and never sell your data or use it to train models.

read-only // aggregated // no PII // SOC 2 + GDPR posture

01

Read-only connectors

Every connector only reads aggregated reporting data. MixedMetrics never writes to your tools, never edits a campaign or budget, and never moves money. The worst a connector can do is show you a number.

02

Aggregated and consented data

We pull aggregated metrics like spend, orders, and revenue through the official APIs you authorize. You grant access, you see exactly which sources are connected, and you control them.

03

No PII exposure

We work with aggregated numbers, not customer lists or personal records. Your marketing dashboard shows blended CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, ROAS, and revenue, not anyone's personal data.

04

Encryption in transit and at rest

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Access is least-privilege and scoped to the reporting data each connector needs, nothing more.

05

SOC 2 and GDPR friendly posture

MixedMetrics is built with a SOC 2 and GDPR-friendly posture: documented controls, least-privilege access, and clear data handling, so it fits how serious teams expect a vendor to operate.

06

Data not sold, never used to train models

Your data is yours. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. It exists to power your dashboard and your reports, and nothing else.

Read-only access

We read your numbers, we never touch your tools

The single most important fact about MixedMetrics: connectors only read. There is no path for us to change anything in your stack.

  • Connectors authenticate through the official, read-only APIs of each platform you authorize.
  • We never write to your ad accounts, store, or billing, and we never change a campaign, budget, or charge.
  • We never move money. MixedMetrics reports on revenue and spend; it does not touch funds.
  • Access is scoped to aggregated reporting data only, on a least-privilege basis.
  • Disconnect any source in one click and its data stops syncing immediately.

OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL // YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL

You own your data, and you can leave with it

Control should not end at connection. You decide what stays connected, you can export your data, and you can disconnect at any time.

Data ownership and export

Your data is yours. You can export your blended metrics and reports, and you keep control of what is connected at all times.

Disconnect anytime

Revoke any connector in one click. Its data stops syncing immediately, and you can remove your account and data on request.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of reputable infrastructure and cloud sub-processors to run the service, each held to the same data-handling standards.

Not sold, not for training

We never sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. It only powers your dashboard and reports.

Staying in lane

What MixedMetrics is, and what it is not

It is

A read-only marketing dashboard

It blends aggregated spend and revenue from the tools you authorize into one live view of blended CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, ROAS, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel.

It is not

A tool that touches money, or financial advice

MixedMetrics never writes to your tools, never moves money, and is not financial or investment advice. It reports your own data so you can make your own decisions.

not financial advice // reporting figures only // your decisions stay yours

Marketing data you can blend and trust.
