Agency reporting software pricing: what marketing agency reporting software costs per client
Nobody publishes agency reporting software prices in a form you can actually compare, because no two vendors sell the same unit. One charges per client. One charges per dashboard. One charges per connected data account. One charges per dashboard and then sells the branding that makes it client-ready as a separate line item. Put four sticker prices in a row and you learn nothing, which is why most agencies pick on the first quote they understand and get surprised at 30 clients.

Sample data, your real stack connects in minutes, read-only
This page fixes a scenario and prices every tool against it. The scenario is deliberately ordinary: each client runs three connected accounts, typically Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4, and needs one report or dashboard of their own. We then run that at 10, 25, and 50 clients and divide, so the comparison is a single number per tool per roster size.
We are in this category too, and we are the odd one out in it, so the honest framing goes near the top rather than buried in a footnote. MixedMetrics is a flat $79 a month for every channel and unlimited users, and we do not offer a white-label client portal. If your deliverable is a branded monthly PDF with your logo on it, one of the per-client tools below serves you better and we say which. If your deliverable is a decision about where next month's budget goes across a book of accounts, keep reading.
The short answer
Agency reporting software costs roughly $3 to $70 per client per month, and the spread comes from what each vendor meters rather than what each one does. AgencyAnalytics bills per client at $20 a month on annual billing. DashThis bills per dashboard and per connected source, from $44. Swydo bills per data source above the first 10, from EUR 62. Klipfolio bills per dashboard from $120 and charges $299 a month extra for white labeling. Whatagraph Max starts at EUR 699. At 10 clients running three ad and analytics accounts each, that works out to about $7.90 per client on Raven Tools, $13.90 on DashThis, EUR 15.20 on Swydo, $20 on AgencyAnalytics, $48.90 on Klipfolio with branding, and EUR 69.90 on Whatagraph. Every price here was read off the vendor's own pricing page in August 2026.

Why it works
What you get with agency reporting software pricing
One comparable number
Every tool priced against the same roster at 10, 25, and 50 clients, so you are comparing cost per client rather than four different units.
Read off the vendor, not a roundup
Klipfolio, AgencyAnalytics, Swydo, and Whatagraph verified on their own pricing pages in August 2026. DashThis and Raven Tools in July 2026.
Honest about where we lose
We name the tool that beats us on white-label client delivery, because pretending otherwise wastes your evaluation time and ours.

In depth
What agency reporting software actually costs, and what moves the bill
How much does agency reporting software cost?
Between roughly $3 and $70 per client per month for the mainstream tools, with most agencies landing between $8 and $20. The entry prices that get quoted publicly are Raven Tools at $39 a month on annual billing, DashThis at $44, Swydo at EUR 62, Klipfolio Klips at $120, AgencyAnalytics at $20 per client per month, and Whatagraph Max from EUR 699. Those numbers are not comparable to each other, which is the whole problem this page exists to solve.
The useful way to hold it is that the category splits into three billing models, and each one has a roster size where it stops making sense. Per-client pricing is linear forever, so it is predictable and never cheap at scale. Per-dashboard and per-source pricing is cheap early and steps up in jumps as you cross tier boundaries. Flat pricing does not move at all, which is either the best deal in the table or irrelevant depending on whether the tool does what you need.
One thing worth checking on every quote: annual billing is the price almost everyone publishes. AgencyAnalytics is $20 per client per month on annual and $25 monthly, a 20 percent difference. Klipfolio publishes annual rates and shows the yearly saving beside them rather than the monthly figure. Swydo saves 10 percent annually. Assume the number you found on a comparison site is the annual-commitment rate unless it says otherwise. Our wider marketing reporting software pricing comparison puts 16 vendors in one table, including the data pipelines and ecommerce attribution tools that sit outside the agency bracket.
Do agency reporting tools charge per client, per dashboard, or per data source?
All three exist, and picking the wrong one for your client mix is the single most expensive mistake in this category.
Per-client billing, which is AgencyAnalytics, charges the same for a seven-platform ecommerce account as for a two-platform local dentist. That is generous if your clients are data-heavy and punishing if you run a long tail of small accounts. Per-source billing, which is Swydo and effectively Whatagraph, does the opposite: your bill tracks complexity, so 40 simple clients can cost less than 12 complicated ones. Per-dashboard billing, which is DashThis and Klipfolio, tracks how many separate reports you publish, and it is the model most likely to surprise you, because a tier that felt roomy at signup fills up the month you win four accounts.
DashThis deserves a specific warning here. Its 2026 repricing added a connected-source cap on top of the dashboard cap, at 15, 40, and 100 sources for the first three tiers. Each tier assumes roughly four to five sources per dashboard, so an agency whose clients each run six or seven accounts hits the source ceiling while barely denting the dashboard allowance. We worked the tiers through in DashThis pricing.
The test that settles it: count your connected accounts per client and your client count, then price all three models at your projected roster twelve months out, not today. A model that is cheapest at 8 clients is frequently the most expensive at 40.
- Per client: AgencyAnalytics at $20 per client per month on annual billing, unlimited sources per client
- Per dashboard: DashThis from $44 and Klipfolio Klips from $120, both with hard tier ceilings
- Per data source: Swydo at EUR 62 including 10 sources, then EUR 4.50 each to 100 and EUR 3.00 to 500
- Per source credit: Whatagraph Max from EUR 699 with 50 or more credits, Prime quoted above that
- Flat: MixedMetrics at $79 a month, unlimited users and channels, no client portal
Does agency reporting software include white labeling?
Sometimes, and the word covers three very different things, so read the feature list rather than the label. Full white labeling means your logo, your colors, your domain, and no vendor branding anywhere including the sign-in screen. Branding means your logo in a corner and a choice from a set of preset themes. A client portal means the client logs into something that looks like yours and browses their own data.
AgencyAnalytics includes white-label branding, a client portal, and a custom domain and email in its single $20 per client plan. Swydo includes full white labeling in its base subscription. Whatagraph includes white-label reports on Max. DashThis gives you a logo in the top-left corner and a choice of eight or more preset color themes, which is branding rather than white labeling.
Klipfolio is the outlier and it is worth an entire paragraph, because it changes the ranking in the table above. White labeling is not on any Klips plan. It is a $299 a month add-on billed annually, bundling branding, custom theme, and custom domain. Bought separately, the custom domain alone is $90 a month and the custom theme is $69. Single sign-on is $63 and priority support is $63 on the tiers that do not include them. An agency on the $190 Grow plan that needs branded client dashboards is really on $489 a month, which is why Klipfolio sits near the top of the cost-per-client table despite a mid-range sticker price. The full stack is in Klipfolio pricing.
We do not offer a white-label client portal at all, and we are not planning to pretend otherwise on a page about buying decisions. If a branded portal is a contractual requirement, buy AgencyAnalytics or Swydo. Our AgencyAnalytics comparison and Swydo comparison are written on that basis.
What is the cheapest client reporting software for a marketing agency?
On raw cost per client at every roster size in our table, Raven Tools. At $79 a month on annual billing you get 20 domains and 4 users, and at $139 you get 80 domains and 8 users, which works out under $6 per client at 25 clients. Nothing else in the category comes close on that arithmetic.
The reason it is cheapest is also the reason it may not fit. Raven Tools is an SEO-led platform, acquired by TapClicks in 2017, and its reporting is built around domains, campaigns, and position tracking rather than around cross-channel paid media. If your agency sells SEO retainers, that pairing is excellent value because the rank tracking and site auditing are in the same subscription. If your agency sells paid media management, you are buying an SEO toolset and using a fraction of it. Our Raven Tools comparison goes through where that line falls, including the head-to-head against AgencyAnalytics that most buyers are really running.
For paid-media agencies the cheapest credible option is DashThis at $13.90 per client at 10 clients, provided your clients are simple enough to stay under the source caps. For agencies whose clients are individually complex, AgencyAnalytics at a flat $20 per client is often cheaper in practice than a source-metered plan, because a client running seven platforms costs the same as one running two. The AgencyAnalytics pricing breakdown covers the add-ons, including the rank tracker at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords and the AI tracker at $20.83 per 250 credits.
How much should an agency spend on reporting software per client?
Price it against the retainer, not against other software. If a client pays a $3,000 monthly retainer, $20 of reporting cost is 0.7 percent of revenue and the question is not worth a meeting. If your average retainer is $500, that same $20 is 4 percent, and the difference between $20 and $9 per client starts mattering across 40 accounts.
The second number to hold against it is the labor it replaces. Manual reporting typically runs 30 to 90 minutes per client per month once someone has exported four platforms, pasted them into a deck, and written commentary. At any plausible hourly cost, automated reporting pays for itself at the first client, which is why the cost-per-client debate is usually a decision about scaling headroom rather than about this month.
Where the arithmetic genuinely bites is at the tier boundaries. Going from 20 to 21 clients on a per-dashboard tool can add $290 a month for one account. Model your next twelve months of wins against each tool's tier ceilings and the right answer usually presents itself without further debate.
What do agency reporting tools not tell you?
Every tool in the table above shares one design assumption: its job is to present what each platform reports about itself, arranged attractively and delivered on schedule. That is genuinely valuable and it is exactly what a client deliverable needs. It is also why the combined ROAS on a monthly report is almost always higher than anything the client's accountant recognizes.
The mechanism is double counting. A customer who saw a Meta ad on Tuesday and clicked a Google ad on Thursday is claimed by both platforms under their own attribution windows, so summing platform-reported revenue overstates what the business banked. The gap moved again in January 2026, when Meta removed the 7-day view and 28-day view attribution windows from the Ads Insights API along with any combined window built on them, leaving 1-day click, 7-day click, 28-day click, 1-day engaged view, and 1-day view. Reports built on the removed windows did not break. They quietly returned less conversion credit and kept rendering. Google Ads compounds it by booking conversions to the click date while GA4 books to the event date, so the same week differs in both even with perfect tracking. We took that apart in why ad platform numbers do not match.
Settling it takes a different number, not a better chart. Total revenue over total spend, computed once across every channel and the store or payment processor, is immune to how any single platform attributes. That is what blended ROAS measures, alongside blended CAC and MER, and it is what MixedMetrics computes for a flat $79 a month across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe, and Klaviyo or HubSpot. Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads are not connected today, so if a large share of your clients' spend sits there, we are the wrong tool this quarter.
The practical setup for a lot of agencies is both, and it costs less than it sounds. A per-client tool produces the branded monthly deliverable, and a flat-rate blended board answers the internal question of which accounts are actually profitable and where the next dollar should go. Our agency reporting page is explicit about which of those two jobs we do, and marketing reporting software for agencies works through the shortlist on features rather than price.
