Supermetrics alternative with a blended ROAS dashboard built in
Supermetrics is a strong data-pipe and ETL connector tool that ports marketing data into spreadsheets, Looker Studio, and BI platforms. It has a deep library of connectors and is trusted by analysts and agencies who want raw marketing data delivered reliably into the tools they already use. If your team has the time and BI skill to model that data into the views you need, it is a proven, dependable pipeline.

It prices in euros, per plan, and the ceiling on every tier is what usually decides the choice. Re-read off the Supermetrics pricing page in August 2026 and unchanged since July: Starter is EUR 49 a month monthly or EUR 39 billed yearly (1 destination, 3 data sources, 1 user, weekly refresh, 50,000 API rows a month), Growth is EUR 199 or EUR 159 yearly (7 data sources, 2 users, daily refresh, 250,000 rows), Pro is EUR 499 or EUR 399 yearly (10 data sources, 3 users, hourly refresh, data transformations, 500,000 rows), and Enterprise is a custom quote with all sources and on-demand refreshes. There is a 14-day free trial and no free plan.
MixedMetrics skips the pipeline and gives you the answer. Instead of moving rows into a BI tool you then have to build and maintain, you connect read-only to GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe, and Klaviyo or HubSpot, and get a live dashboard with blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel already assembled. A built-in AI layer surfaces what changed and where money is leaking, so you see the truth in minutes with no data engineer required.
The short answer
Supermetrics is a data pipeline; MixedMetrics is the finished dashboard. Supermetrics moves raw marketing data into Sheets, Looker Studio, or a warehouse and prices per plan in euros: EUR 39 a month yearly on Starter (3 data sources, 1 user) up to EUR 399 on Pro (10 sources, 3 users, hourly refresh), with a custom Enterprise tier, a 14-day trial, and no free plan. MixedMetrics is a flat $79 a month and arrives with blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, and LTV already calculated across every channel, so there is no BI tool to build and no data engineer required.

In depth
Supermetrics pricing and fit, checked in July 2026
How much does Supermetrics cost?
Supermetrics publishes four tiers in euros. Starter is EUR 49 a month billed monthly or EUR 39 billed yearly and includes one core destination, 3 data sources, 1 user, 3 accounts per source, weekly data refreshes, and 50,000 API rows a month. Growth is EUR 199 or EUR 159 yearly for 7 data sources, 2 users, daily refreshes, one custom data import config, and 250,000 rows. Pro is EUR 499 or EUR 399 yearly for 10 data sources, 3 users, hourly refreshes, data transformations, and 500,000 rows. Enterprise is quoted and adds all data sources, on-demand refreshes, warehousing, and multiple teams.
The trial is 14 days with no credit card and there is no free plan. Two limits catch teams out: the data source count is per plan rather than unlimited, and the refresh frequency is tiered, so daily numbers mean Growth at minimum and same-day numbers mean Pro. Note the currency as well, since Supermetrics bills in euros and your card will settle at the day's rate.
Is Supermetrics worth it, or should you just buy a dashboard?
Supermetrics is worth it when the destination matters. If your reporting already lives in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, BigQuery, or a warehouse feeding Power BI, Supermetrics is one of the most reliable ways to get marketing data there, and the connector library is deep. You are buying delivery, not analysis.
The catch is that the metric you actually want, blended ROAS or blended CAC across every channel reconciled to real revenue, does not arrive with the data. Someone has to build it, and then maintain it every time a schema or a channel changes. If that build is the only reason you were buying a pipeline, a finished dashboard is cheaper in both money and hours. The full category picture is in our marketing reporting software pricing comparison.
What are the main Supermetrics alternatives?
For the same job, moving marketing data into a destination, the closest rivals are Funnel.io (from EUR 280 a month, far more connectors) and Improvado at the enterprise end. If your destination was going to be Looker Studio anyway, the Looker Studio route plus paid connectors is the cheap DIY path.
On price the sharpest alternative is Coupler.io, and the reason is structural. Supermetrics meters four things at once (destinations, data sources, accounts per source and user seats) while Coupler.io meters connected accounts only and puts all 437 of its sources on every plan. Two lines decide most comparisons: Supermetrics Pro at EUR 399 a month includes three user seats, where Coupler.io gives unlimited users from $99, and Supermetrics places warehouse destinations such as BigQuery, Snowflake and Redshift on the Enterprise tier while Coupler.io treats them as ordinary destinations on a paid plan. We price all five connectors on Coupler.io vs Funnel.io vs Windsor.ai vs Supermetrics.
The other comparison worth running is against a closed reporting platform rather than another pipe, because that is a genuinely different architecture: Supermetrics vs Whatagraph lays out every tier and add-on price side by side, including the point where the Supermetrics accounts-per-source ceiling stops being published and turns into an Enterprise conversation.
For the different job, getting the answer without building anything, MixedMetrics connects the same channels read-only and computes blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, and LTV for a flat $79 a month. If you want to see how the two categories compare head to head, our breakdown of Supermetrics versus Funnel.io works through the pricing and the fit.
Why teams pick MixedMetrics
Blended truth, AI insights, no BI tool
One blended read-out
Blended ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel in one live view, instead of eight platform dashboards each claiming the same conversion under its own attribution.
AI that finds the leak
A built-in insight layer reads the blended data and tells you what changed and where spend is leaking, so you act before the month closes. No analyst required.
Connect, do not migrate
Read-only connectors to GA4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Stripe, Shopify, and more. No BI tool to build, no data engineer, first blended dashboard the same day.
