Agency marketing reporting that scales across clients
Agency marketing reporting eats hours when every client means a fresh stack of platform exports and a deck to rebuild. MixedMetrics gives your agency one platform that blends each client's GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo, and HubSpot.

Each client gets a Blend Board with blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel, plus automated reports that send themselves. The AI layer writes the read on what changed and where money is leaking, so client calls start with answers. Connectors are read-only, data is aggregated with no PII, and the platform is read-only and encrypted.
The short answer
Agency marketing reporting means pulling each client's ad, analytics, and revenue data into a clear read on what their marketing produced, without rebuilding a deck for every account. MixedMetrics gives each client a Blend Board with blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel, plus scheduled reports that send themselves and an AI layer that writes what changed. Connectors are read-only, data is aggregated with no PII, and it starts at $79 per month.

Why MixedMetrics
Blended truth, AI insights, no BI tool required
Not eight conflicting platform dashboards, not a data engineer, not a spreadsheet that rots by Friday. One blended view you can act on.
One blended read-out
Blended ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel in a single live view, instead of eight platforms claiming the same conversion.
AI that finds the leak
The insight layer reads the blended data and tells you what changed and where spend is leaking, before the month closes.
Connect, do not migrate
Read-only connectors to the tools you already run. No re-platforming, no pixel surgery, first dashboard the same day.

Reporting economics for agencies
Which pricing model bites as you grow?
Agency reporting tools meter you in one of three ways, and the ranking usually inverts somewhere between 15 and 25 clients. Per client punishes every account you win on the day you sign it. Per data source punishes full-service agencies running six channels for everyone. Per dashboard is cheapest if clients can share a dashboard and is client count with extra steps if they cannot.
The exercise worth doing before you commit is pricing all three at your client count twelve months out rather than today. Our guide to marketing reporting software for agencies works through the published rates, and the marketing reporting software pricing comparison puts sixteen tools side by side.
What client reports usually leave out
A report showing Google, Meta, and TikTok panels side by side is accurate per panel and misleading in total, because a client who adds the three revenue figures together believes a number that never existed. That conversation tends to arrive at renewal, which is the worst possible time for it.
Anchoring the top of the report to reconciled revenue avoids it. Total spend against revenue that actually landed gives blended ROAS and blended CAC, numbers a client can check against their own bank. The double-counting is worked through in blended ROAS versus platform ROAS.
Where MixedMetrics fits in an agency stack
Plenty of agencies run two tools deliberately: a white-label reporting product for the client-facing deliverable, and a blended board so the strategists know which accounts are genuinely profitable before the QBR. We are honest that if branded client portals are the core need, a dedicated reporting tool does that job better, which the AgencyAnalytics alternative page says plainly.
What does not meter here is connections or clients. If you are still choosing a platform, agency reporting software compares nine of them on verified prices. For the delivery side, automated marketing reports covers the scheduled sends, and ads reporting covers the paid-media detail underneath.
