Ad tracking software pricing and cost: what 10 ad tracking and attribution tools charge

Pricing pages for ad tracking software are hard to compare because almost no two vendors meter the same thing. One charges on the revenue you track, one on your store's annual GMV, one on sessions, one on visitors, one on CRM contacts, one on ad spend and one on pageviews. A $69 plan and a $499 plan can end up at the same price for the same store, and a cheap tier can jump the day you cross a band.

What's working
Where money leaks

Figures are illustrative. Your own stack connects read-only.

This page puts the entry price, the meter and the top published price side by side for ten tools, read off each vendor's own pricing page (nine of them in September 2026, Triple Whale in August), then prices one realistic store, $3 million a year in revenue and $60,000 a month in ad spend, across every vendor that publishes enough to do the math. Where a vendor hides a number behind a slider or a demo, the table says so rather than guessing.

The short answer

Ad tracking software costs from $0 to more than $5,000 a month, and the bill is set by what each vendor meters: tracked revenue, sessions, visitors, contacts, pageviews or ad spend. On vendor pricing pages read in September 2026, AnyTrack runs $0 to $300, SegMetrics starts at $57, Hyros at $69, ClickMagick at $79, Wicked Reports at $499 and Northbeam at $1,500, while Cometly still quotes. MixedMetrics is not a tracker: it is a blended ROAS dashboard from $79 a month for teams that need the total, not the click path.

In depth

How ad tracking software is really priced

How much does ad tracking software cost?

Most teams pay between $79 and $1,500 a month, and where you land depends far more on the meter than on the feature list. Session and visitor-metered trackers are the cheap end: AnyTrack charges $100 a month for 100,000 sessions and $300 for 3 million, and ClickMagick charges $79, $199 or $349 a month for 10,000, 100,000 or 1,000,000 tracked visitors. Revenue-metered attribution platforms start higher and climb as you grow: Wicked Reports is $499 a month under $2.5 million in annual revenue, Triple Whale Foundation is $219 a month at its smallest GMV bracket, and Northbeam starts at $1,500 a month.

The top of the market is genuinely expensive. Wicked Reports reaches $5,499 a month and up on Maximize for brands past $50 million, Northbeam charges $3,500 a month for advertisers spending up to $500,000 a month, and Polar Analytics sells incrementality testing at $4,000 a month for a first test on top of its analytics plans. Our Wicked Reports pricing breakdown prints all nine of its revenue bands.

What is the cheapest ad tracking software?

On published prices, AnyTrack has the lowest entry point: a $0 plan capped at 5,000 sessions a month that leaves out the Conversion API and GA4 integrations, then $100 a month for 100,000 sessions. Among paid-only tools SegMetrics starts at $57 a month on active contacts, Hyros at $69 a month for up to $5,000 in tracked monthly revenue, and ClickMagick at $79 a month, or $790 if you pay for the year.

Cheap entry prices are real, but check the meter against your own traffic first. A store with 150,000 sessions a month is already past AnyTrack's $100 tier and ClickMagick's Standard plan, and Hyros publishes no price beyond the first $5,000 stop on its revenue slider. The honest cheapest option is the one whose meter you will not outgrow in the next twelve months.

Why does attribution software charge on revenue or GMV?

Because the vendor's value grows with your store, and revenue is the easiest proxy to price against. Wicked Reports bills on trailing 12-month gross revenue in nine bands, Triple Whale and Polar Analytics on annual GMV, Hyros on tracked monthly revenue, and Northbeam on annual ad spend. The result is a bill that rises when you grow, whether or not you use the product any more than you did.

The step between bands is where budgets break. At Wicked Reports, a brand crossing $2.5 million in annual revenue moves from $499 to $799 a month on Measure, a 60 percent jump, and crossing $50 million moves Measure from $2,999 to $4,999 and up. Wicked applies the new band at your next renewal, so the jump is predictable, but it is still a jump. Our Triple Whale alternative and Polar Analytics alternative pages cover the GMV version of the same problem.

Which ad tracking tools publish their prices?

More than you might expect. Wicked Reports publishes a full nine-band table behind its revenue slider, AnyTrack, SegMetrics and ClickMagick publish fixed tiers, Northbeam now lists its $1,500 and $3,500 tiers while still asking you to contact sales, and Polar Analytics shows GMV-driven prices with a Core Plan at $720 a month at the default position. Hyros publishes only its opening $69 stop. Cometly is the holdout: its plans are tailored to monthly pageviews and carry no public number, as our Cometly alternative page notes.

Published does not always mean self-serve. The Get started buttons on the Wicked Reports pricing page book a 20-minute pricing call, Polar sells every plan through a demo, and Hyros sets each account up by hand. If you need tracking live this week, AnyTrack and ClickMagick are the two you can buy without talking to anyone.

Do you need an ad tracker or a blended ROAS dashboard?

An ad tracker answers which click, ad or email produced a given sale, usually with a first-party pixel, server-side events and a Conversion API feed back to Meta and Google. That is real machinery, and if you are moving five-figure budgets between ad sets every week it pays for itself. A blended dashboard answers a smaller question: across every channel, is total spend paying back in the revenue your store and billing system actually recorded?

MixedMetrics is the second kind, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. It does not install a pixel, does not send conversions back to ad platforms and does not model multi-touch paths, and it does not read Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads. It connects Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe and Klaviyo or HubSpot read-only and computes blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER and LTV: $79 a month for 5 sources, $199 for 15 sources with AI leak alerts, $449 for unlimited sources. Plenty of brands run both, the tracker for campaign decisions and a blended ROAS dashboard for the number the finance team trusts. Our marketing attribution software page explains where attribution-lite stops.

How much should you spend on ad tracking software?

Work it out as a share of ad spend rather than as a sticker price. Wicked Reports Measure at $499 a month is 2.5 percent of a $20,000 monthly ad budget and 0.5 percent of $100,000. Northbeam at $1,500 is 1.5 percent of $100,000 a month and 0.3 percent of $500,000. That is our arithmetic, not an industry rule, but it shows why revenue-metered platforms suit large advertisers and pinch small ones.

The useful test is whether the tool will change enough decisions to earn its fee. If a tracker helps you cut one losing campaign worth $5,000 a month, a $499 plan pays for itself ten times over. If your budget is small enough that you already know which two campaigns work, a blended view at $79 to $199 a month tells you the same thing for less. Our marketing reporting software pricing table covers the reporting side of the stack.

Good questions

Questions about ad tracking software pricing

Hyros sells one plan on a slider priced by tracked monthly revenue, from $5,000 to over $1 million. As read in September 2026, it is $69 a month at the opening $5,000 position. Hyros does not publish the price at any later stop, and setup is custom, so larger stores need a call to get a number.
Under $2.5 million in annual revenue, Wicked Reports costs $499 a month for Measure, $699 for Scale and $999 for Maximize. Prices rise through nine revenue bands to $4,999, $5,199 and $5,499 a month and up past $50 million, and Enterprise starts at $4,999. Advanced Signal and 5 Forces AI add $199 a month each on Measure or Scale.
Northbeam lists $1,500 a month for brands spending under $1.5 million a year on ads and $3,500 a month for advertisers spending up to $500,000 a month. A Growth plan for agency-supported brands and an Enterprise plan above $500,000 a month in spend are quoted, and every tier still routes through contact sales.
Triple Whale prices Foundation, Automate and Enterprise against your annual GMV on 12-month subscriptions, billed monthly or annually with two months free. At the smallest GMV bracket Foundation is $219 a month and Automate $749 a month, and both rise as your GMV does. There is also a free plan.
No. MixedMetrics does not install a pixel or send conversions back to ad platforms. It is a blended marketing dashboard that computes blended ROAS, CAC, MER and LTV from read-only connections to your ad accounts, store and billing, from $79 a month. Teams that need click-level attribution should buy a tracker, and many run both.
Usually. ClickMagick charges $790 a year for Starter against $79 billed monthly, AnyTrack gives two months free on annual billing, Triple Whale gives two months free on its annual prepaid cadence, and Cometly takes 20 percent off annual plans.
