Short answer: Swydo costs $69 a month billed monthly, or $62 a month billed annually. That one plan includes every feature, unlimited clients, unlimited users, unlimited dashboards and reports, and your first 10 data sources. After that you pay $4.50 per data source for sources 11 to 100, $3.00 each from 101 to 500, and $2.00 each above 501. There is no per-client fee and no feature gating.
Every figure here was read off swydo.com/pricing in August 2026. Prices are published in USD for buyers outside the EU and in EUR for EU countries, so a US agency is quoted in dollars. VAT is not included.
How much does Swydo cost per month?
| What you pay for | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Base plan, billed monthly | $69 a month | All features, unlimited clients and users, first 10 data sources |
| Base plan, billed annually | $62 a month | Same, at a 10 percent saving |
| Data sources 11 to 100 | $4.50 each per month | Each connected account on an integration |
| Data sources 101 to 500 | $3.00 each per month | Volume rate, applied to sources in this band |
| Data sources 501 and up | $2.00 each per month | Top volume rate |
| AI credits | Included | 4,000 a month, about 95 credits per report summary |
The rates are banded rather than cliff-edged, so crossing 101 sources does not reprice the first hundred. Sources 11 to 100 stay at $4.50 and only the ones above 100 bill at $3.00.
What counts as a data source in Swydo?
This is the whole ballgame, and it is where most estimates go wrong. A data source is one account connected to one integration, not one integration.
Swydo puts the example on its own pricing page: connect 10 clients to both Google Ads and Facebook Ads and that is 20 data sources, not 2. One Google Ads account is a source. One GA4 property is a source. The same client on three platforms consumes three of your allowance.
How often Swydo refreshes a source has no effect on the price, which is worth knowing if you have clients who want daily rather than monthly reporting. You are billed for the connection, not the queries.
What Swydo actually costs at agency scale
Here is the arithmetic at three connected accounts per client, which is a fair average for an agency reporting on one ad platform, one analytics property and one more channel. Annual billing, so a $62 base.
| Clients | Data sources | Monthly cost | Cost per client |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | 12 | $71 | $17.75 |
| 10 | 30 | $152 | $15.20 |
| 25 | 75 | $354.50 | $14.18 |
| 50 | 150 | $617 | $12.34 |
| 100 | 300 | $1,067 | $10.67 |
The pattern that matters is not in the total column, it is in the marginal cost. Below 100 data sources, every additional client at three sources each costs you $13.50 a month, and keeps costing it. Swydo is not a flat-fee tool wearing a per-source label. It scales close to linearly, and the volume discount only starts biting once you pass 100 connected accounts, which most agencies reach somewhere north of 30 clients.
That still compares well against per-client pricing. AgencyAnalytics at $20 per client per month billed annually is $500 for those 25 clients against roughly $354 on Swydo, and $1,000 against $617 at 50 clients. Where Swydo loses is against genuinely flat tiers: Raven Tools at $139 a month covers 80 domains, and stays $139 whether you have 20 clients or 70. We put seven tools side by side on agency reporting software pricing if you want the full grid.
What is included, and what is genuinely unusual
Swydo gates nothing behind a higher tier, because there is no higher tier. Everything below is on the single plan:
- Full white labeling, branded PDF exports, custom domain hosting for dashboards and branded email templates
- Unlimited clients, users, dashboards and reports, with no seat charge
- Client portal access with controlled permissions, plus embedded messaging through HubSpot, Zendesk or Intercom
- 32+ integrations, with a Google Sheets import as the escape hatch for anything unsupported
- Automated data source health checks and connectivity alerts when an integration breaks
- Combined data sources and custom metrics, merging performance data from several ad platforms into one figure
- Multi-language reports in 14 languages with editable translations
- AI report summaries, 4,000 credits a month at roughly 95 credits per summary
The white-labeling line deserves emphasis because it is where competitors extract money. Klipfolio does not include white labeling on any Klips plan and sells a White-Label Bundle at $299 a month plus $90 for a custom domain. Raven Tools gives you subdomain and email branding on its two cheapest tiers and holds full white label back for the $139 Grow plan. Swydo includes it at $62. For a small agency whose entire value proposition is that the reports look like theirs, that is the difference between a $62 tool and a $360 one.
Where Swydo pricing gets expensive
Three situations turn the cheap-looking base fee into a real bill.
Clients with many accounts. A multi-location retail client with 12 Google Business Profile locations, a Google Ads account, a Meta account and GA4 is not three sources. Every connected account counts, so verify how your integrations map to accounts before signing. This is the opposite of Windsor.ai, which meters platform types and counts ten Google Business Profile locations as a single account.
The 32-integration ceiling. Swydo covers the mainstream well: Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, Instagram, email platforms. It does not carry the several-hundred-connector library that Supermetrics, Funnel.io or Windsor.ai advertise. If a client runs on something niche, the Google Sheets import works but it is manual plumbing you now own.
The reporting-only scope. Swydo produces excellent client reports. It does not track rankings for you, audit sites or fix anything it reports on. An SEO retainer that reports declining rankings every month still needs the on-page work that actually moves those rankings to happen somewhere else, and that tool is a separate line item.
Does Swydo calculate blended ROAS?
No, and neither does any other tool in this category, which is worth stating plainly because it is the question that sends agencies shopping for a fourth subscription.
Swydo has combined data sources, which merge metrics from several ad platforms into one number. That is genuinely useful and it is not the same thing as blended ROAS. Combining platform-reported revenue adds up figures that overlap: Google Ads books a conversion up to 30 days after the click and dates it to the click, Meta offers 1, 7 and 28-day click windows with a single 1-day view window since it removed the longer view windows in January 2026, and TikTok claims on 1 or 7 days only. Sum those three and you routinely get more revenue than the client's store actually took.
Blended ROAS avoids the problem by refusing to attribute at all: total spend across every channel divided into total revenue the store and billing system recorded. It is a smaller, duller number, and it is the one that survives a client asking where the money went. We break down all six causes of the mismatch in why ad platform revenue numbers do not match.
MixedMetrics does that blended layer for a flat $79 a month regardless of client count, pulling Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe and Klaviyo or HubSpot read-only. It is deliberately not a white-label client reporting platform and it does not connect Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads today, so plenty of agencies run it alongside Swydo rather than instead of it. The method is on blended ROAS.
Is Swydo worth it?
For an agency between roughly 5 and 40 clients that sells branded reporting and lives on mainstream ad platforms, Swydo is one of the better-priced options in the category, mostly because full white labeling and unlimited seats are included rather than sold. A 10-client agency pays about $152 a month all in.
It is the wrong buy in two cases. If your clients each carry a dozen connected accounts, the per-source meter compounds faster than a per-client fee would, and AgencyAnalytics at a flat $20 per client becomes the cheaper answer. And if you need data out of the reporting tool and into a warehouse or BI stack, Swydo is a closed reporting platform, so you are looking at a pipe like Supermetrics instead. We compare that architecture split on Supermetrics vs Whatagraph, and the rest of the field on Swydo alternatives.
One last practical note: the 14-day trial needs no credit card, and Swydo advertises free full account migration if you are moving from another tool. If you are comparing two platforms seriously, run both on the same three clients for a fortnight rather than deciding from pricing pages, including this one.
