Swydo is the cheaper licence for an agency whose clients run two or three ad accounts each, from about four clients up. AgencyAnalytics is the cheaper one once your clients average five or more connected platforms. Swydo charges $62 a month billed annually for its first 10 data sources and $4.50 for each one after that, with unlimited clients. AgencyAnalytics charges a flat $20 per client per month billed annually, however many platforms that client runs. Which one costs you less comes down to a single number: the average count of connected accounts per client.
Most comparisons of the two are written by one of the vendors, and third-party listings still quote AgencyAnalytics from $59 a month for five clients, a ladder it no longer sells. Every price below was read off swydo.com/pricing and agencyanalytics.com/pricing, and the math is shown so you can rerun it with your own client list.
Swydo vs AgencyAnalytics pricing side by side
| Item | Swydo | AgencyAnalytics |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | Data sources (one ad account, one analytics property) | Clients |
| Entry price, annual billing | $62 a month with 10 sources included | $20 per client per month |
| Entry price, monthly billing | $69 a month with 10 sources included | About $25 per client per month |
| Each extra unit | $4.50 per source (11 to 100), $3.00 (101 to 500), $2.00 (501 and up) | $20 per added client |
| Clients, users, reports | Unlimited clients, users, dashboards and reports | Unlimited sources, reports, dashboards and staff accounts |
| Client portal | Secure client portals and password-protected sharing | White-labeled client portal |
| AI | 4,000 AI credits a month included | AgencyAI insights included; AI Tracker add-on $20.83 a month per 250 credits |
| Rank tracking | Not part of the plan | Rank Tracker add-on $41.67 a month per 500 keywords |
| Volume deal | Custom quote past 1,000 sources | Volume pricing quoted from 25 clients |
Both sell one plan with every feature, so there is no tier ladder to climb. The difference is the meter. On Swydo a client with Google Ads, Meta and GA4 is three sources, or $13.50 a month once you are past the first 10. On AgencyAnalytics the same client is $20 whether they run one platform or nine. Our separate breakdowns of Swydo pricing and AgencyAnalytics pricing go deeper on each vendor's add-ons.
What 5 to 40 clients cost on each
Monthly cost on annual billing, at three and at five data sources per client. Swydo source tiers are applied in order: the first 10 in the base fee, the next 90 at $4.50, then $3.00.
| Clients | Swydo, 3 sources each | AgencyAnalytics | Swydo, 5 sources each | Cheaper at 5 sources |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $84.50 | $100 | $129.50 | AgencyAnalytics |
| 10 | $152 | $200 | $242 | AgencyAnalytics |
| 15 | $219.50 | $300 | $354.50 | AgencyAnalytics |
| 20 | $287 | $400 | $467 | AgencyAnalytics |
| 30 | $422 | $600 before any volume deal | $617 | AgencyAnalytics, by $17 |
| 40 | $527 | $800 before any volume deal | $767 | Swydo, by $33 |
At three sources per client, Swydo stays 16 to 34 percent cheaper from 5 clients to 40, and the gap widens as you grow. At 10 clients that is $48 a month, or $576 a year. At five sources per client the picture reverses, and AgencyAnalytics is cheaper at every size up to 33 clients. Past that point, Swydo's $3.00 rate for sources 101 to 500 pulls it back under $20 a client. From 25 clients AgencyAnalytics will quote volume pricing, so treat its 30 and 40 client figures as the ceiling, not the deal.
Is Swydo cheaper than AgencyAnalytics?
Usually, for paid media agencies. The break-even rule is easy to carry in your head: Swydo charges $4.50 per source, AgencyAnalytics $20 per client, so Swydo wins while your clients average fewer than about 4.4 sources each, once you have more than three clients. At four sources per client the two cross at nine clients, $179 against $180. With one to three clients, AgencyAnalytics is cheaper because Swydo's $62 base is the floor.
Watch the inputs that quietly raise a Swydo bill. A client with two Meta ad accounts is two sources, and a source shared across two clients is billed twice. Swydo is post-paid, so a source added mid-month is charged for that month. AgencyAnalytics has its own catch: SEO agencies pay $41.67 a month per 500 tracked keywords on top of the per-client fee.
Which is better for a marketing agency, Swydo or AgencyAnalytics?
Swydo, if you run PPC and paid social for clients on Google Ads and Meta, and the deliverable is a clean monthly ad report. It is the cheaper licence at that shape, includes AI summaries in the base plan, and gives you a cross-client KPI view for spotting accounts that slip. Our comparison of Swydo vs Whatagraph pricing shows how it holds up against a credit-metered tool at the same client counts.
AgencyAnalytics, if you sell SEO alongside paid media, need built-in rank tracking, or connect five or more platforms per client. Its 85+ integrations come with every client, its client portal is white-labeled, and the 14-day trial needs no card. If you are also weighing DashThis, AgencyAnalytics vs DashThis pricing runs the same per-client math against a dashboard-metered plan, and our AgencyAnalytics alternatives list every per-client and flat-rate option side by side.
The reporting tool is one line in the cost of taking on a client. The other is onboarding: if discovery calls with new prospects eat account managers' hours, automating client intake and discovery frees more capacity than shaving a few dollars off the reporting bill.
What neither Swydo nor AgencyAnalytics calculates for your client
Both tools report what each ad platform says about itself. Google Ads credits a sale to the click, Meta credits the same sale to a view, and a report that adds the two overstates revenue, often by 20 to 40 percent. Neither tool reconciles those claims against the revenue the client's store or billing system actually recorded.
That reconciled number is blended ROAS: total ad spend across every channel against real revenue, with blended CAC, MER and LTV to CAC beside it. MixedMetrics connects read-only to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Shopify and Stripe and keeps those figures live on one board. Starter is $79 a month, or $39 billed yearly; client workspaces and white-label reports are on Scale at $449, or $224 billed yearly. Many agencies keep Swydo or AgencyAnalytics for the monthly deliverable and use the blended board to decide where next week's budget goes. Our guide to agency reporting software lists what to require before you sign anything.
Does Swydo charge per client?
No. Swydo charges by data source, and clients, users, dashboards and reports are unlimited on its one plan. A client on Google Ads and Meta is two sources. How often you pull or send reports does not change the bill, which makes Swydo predictable for agencies with many small clients on a narrow stack.
How much does AgencyAnalytics cost for 10 clients?
AgencyAnalytics costs $200 a month for 10 clients billed annually, $2,400 a year, or about $250 a month billed monthly. That includes every feature and unlimited data sources per client. The same 10 clients on Swydo cost $152 a month at three sources each and $242 at five, which is why the per-client source count decides the comparison.
