Raven Tools competitors: 9 agency reporting and SEO tools compared on price, seats and white label
Searches for Raven Tools competitors usually come from one of two places. Either an agency has hit a cap, normally the seat cap rather than the campaign cap, and wants to know what the same money buys elsewhere. Or a paid media team has inherited Raven from an SEO-led predecessor and discovered it does not connect the ad platforms they actually run.
read-only connectors // blended truth // no PII exposure

Illustrative example figures · not a customer account · your own stack connects read-only
Those two buyers need different shortlists, and most competitor roundups do not separate them. So this page does. It lays out the full Raven Tools price ladder verified this month, puts nine real alternatives beside it on the four things that decide the bill (entry price, what gets metered, users included, and whether white label is included or sold separately), and then works out what each one costs an agency at 10, 25 and 50 clients.
Every figure here was read off the vendor pricing page rather than a third-party article. That matters more in this category than most, because the widely quoted numbers for several of these tools are years out of date.
The short answer
The main Raven Tools competitors are AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo, Databox, Klipfolio, Whatagraph and Looker Studio. Raven Tools itself runs $39 to $399 a month on yearly prepaid billing, or $49 to $479 monthly, and meters two things at once: campaigns or domains (2, 20, 80, 160, 320) and user seats (2, 4, 8, 20, 40). The seat cap forces the tier more often than the client count does. Full white label does not arrive until the third tier, Grow, at $139 a month. The bigger constraint is scope: Raven is an SEO suite with reporting attached, and it connects only three ad platforms, Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads. Agencies that need TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopify or Stripe data are not really shopping for a Raven replacement, they are shopping in a different category. AgencyAnalytics at $20 per client a month is the closest like for like swap, DashThis at $44 is the cheapest credible starting point, and Swydo at $62 a month billed annually is the cheapest way to get unlimited clients with full white label included. All prices on this page were read off each vendor pricing page in August 2026.

Why it works
What you get with raven tools competitors
Seats decide the tier, not clients
Raven caps users at 2, 4, 8, 20 and 40 by tier. A ten-client agency with eight staff cannot use the $79 Start plan at all and lands on Grow at $139, whatever its campaign count says.
Full white label starts on the third tier
Small Biz and Start give you a subdomain, a custom email sender and branded reports. Full white label begins at Grow, $139 a month on yearly prepaid billing.
Three ad integrations, not thirty
Raven lists Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads as its ad integrations. If you report on TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopify or Stripe, no Raven tier solves that.

In depth
Which Raven Tools competitor fits which agency
What Raven Tools actually is, and why that changes the shortlist
Raven Tools is an SEO toolset with a client reporting layer attached, not a marketing reporting platform that happens to do SEO. The plans are built around 45 SEO tools: a site auditor that crawls between 50,000 and 7 million pages a month depending on tier, a SERP rank tracker with 1,500 to 30,000 trackable keywords, backlink data from Majestic, competitor research through Moz and Majestic, and keyword research. The reporting engine pulls from 25 or more sources and generates unlimited automated client reports on every tier including the $39 one.
The consequence is easy to miss until you are three weeks into an evaluation. Raven lists its ad integrations as Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads. That is the whole paid media surface. There is no TikTok, no LinkedIn Ads, no Shopify, no Stripe, no Klaviyo. If your agency reports on organic search performance and buys a bit of Google and Meta alongside it, Raven is coherent and priced well. If paid media is the deliverable, most of what you are paying for goes untouched and the three integrations you need are the three you have.
So the honest first question is not which tool is cheaper. It is whether you want to replace the SEO suite or just the reporting. Agencies replacing the whole thing shortlist AgencyAnalytics, which covers SEO, paid, social and email in one place. Agencies keeping their SEO stack and replacing only the client-facing reports shortlist DashThis or Swydo, which are pure reporting and cheaper for that job. We work through the closest head to head in AgencyAnalytics vs Raven Tools, and the swap case in detail on Raven Tools alternatives.
How much does Raven Tools cost?
Five tiers, in US dollars, cheaper on yearly prepaid billing. Small Biz is $39 a month prepaid yearly, or $49 monthly, for 2 campaigns and 2 users. Start is $79 or $109 for 20 campaigns and 4 users. Grow is $139 or $199 for 80 campaigns and 8 users. Thrive is $249 or $299 for 160 campaigns and 20 users. Lead is $399 or $479 for 320 campaigns and 40 users. Anything above that is a quoted enterprise conversation.
The yearly prepaid figures are billed as a single up-front sum, which the pricing page states plainly: $468, $948, $1,668, $2,988 and $4,788. That is worth budgeting for, because the monthly-billed equivalents are the numbers most third-party comparisons quote. Raven advertises the annual saving as up to 30 percent, and on one tier that is exactly right: Grow drops from $199 to $139, a 30.2 percent cut. On Thrive and Lead the real saving is 16.7 percent. The headline discount applies to the middle of the ladder, not the top.
The cap that catches agencies out is seats. Campaigns scale generously, from 2 straight to 20 between the first two tiers, but users only go 2, 4, 8, 20, 40. An agency with eight people and nine clients needs Grow at $139 for the headcount, even though Start at $79 covers its nine campaigns twice over. Work out your seat requirement first and the correct tier usually picks itself.
- Small Biz: $39 yearly prepaid, $49 monthly. 2 campaigns, 2 users
- Start: $79 or $109. 20 campaigns, 4 users, 15,000 tracked keywords
- Grow: $139 or $199. 80 campaigns, 8 users, full white label begins here
- Thrive: $249 or $299. 160 campaigns, 20 users
- Lead: $399 or $479. 320 campaigns, 40 users
- Unlimited automated client reports on every tier, including the $39 one
Is there anything better than Raven Tools?
Better depends entirely on which of Raven two halves you actually use. On pure client reporting, DashThis and Swydo both beat it on flexibility and neither charges you for an SEO suite you are not touching. DashThis starts at $44 a month billed yearly for 3 dashboards and 15 data sources, scaling to $429 for 50 dashboards and 200 sources, with unlimited users on every tier and access to every integration on every tier. Swydo is a single plan at $62 a month billed annually with unlimited clients, users, dashboards and reports, and the first 10 data sources included before per-source pricing starts at $4.50.
On breadth of what you can report, AgencyAnalytics is the clearer upgrade. It covers SEO, paid, social and email in one platform with 85 or more integrations, charges $20 per client a month billed annually, and puts no cap on staff or client users at all. It is more expensive than Raven at almost every agency size, which the cost table above shows plainly, and the trade is coverage and no seat ceiling in exchange for a per-client meter that never stops growing.
On price alone, nothing on this page beats Raven at scale. At 25 clients Raven costs $139 a month, which is $5.56 per client, and the next cheapest is DashThis at $279. That is the genuine strength of the campaign-based meter: it stops charging you once you clear a tier. The catch is the seat ladder underneath it, and the fact that those 25 clients can only be reported on across three ad platforms.
Raven Tools competitors for agencies that need white label
White label is where the published prices diverge most, and where the comparison tables published elsewhere are least reliable. On Raven, the first two tiers give you a custom subdomain, a custom email sender and your branding on the report itself, but full white label starts at Grow, $139 a month. AgencyAnalytics and Swydo include full white label on every plan they sell, at $20 per client and $62 a month respectively. DashThis includes white labeling too, with the specific customization options varying by tier.
Two of the better-known names charge separately for it, and this is the detail worth carrying into a budget. Klipfolio does not include white labeling on any Klips plan at all: it is a $299 a month White-Label Bundle on top of a subscription that already runs $120 to $600, with a custom domain at $90 and a custom theme at $69 if you want to buy the pieces individually. Databox, as of its August 2026 pricing page, lists white-labeling as an add-on on Free, Analyst, Pro and Growth alike, and includes it only on the quote-only Custom plan. That means a $399 a month Databox Growth subscription still does not give an agency a branded client deliverable without a further unpublished fee.
The practical effect on the cost table above is large. Klipfolio at 10 clients is $489 a month once the white-label bundle is added, against $139 for Raven or DashThis. Databox at 10 clients is $310.20 on data sources alone, and the white-label figure that would complete that number is not published, which is why the cell says so instead of guessing. Anyone comparing these tools on the sticker price on the front page is comparing a branded deliverable against an unbranded one.
Raven Tools competitors for paid media reporting
If you got here because Raven does not connect the ad platforms you buy, the shortlist changes completely and most of the tools above are still the wrong answer. Swydo connects 32 or more integrations. AgencyAnalytics has 85 or more. Databox lists 130 or more cloud integrations plus spreadsheets, SQL databases and custom API sources. Whatagraph is the heavyweight of the group at EUR 699 a month billed annually, unlimited users and unlimited reports, with an EU data center on both plans and pricing published in euros only, which is worth knowing before a US agency puts it on a budget line.
There is also a category below all of these that solves only the pipe: connectors like Coupler.io, Windsor.ai, Supermetrics and Funnel.io move ad data into Looker Studio, Sheets, Power BI or a warehouse and leave the report building to you. That is often the cheaper answer for an in-house team that already has a BI tool, and much the wrong answer for an agency that sells a branded PDF. We priced the four of them against each other in Coupler.io vs Funnel.io vs Windsor.ai vs Supermetrics.
One thing none of them do, Raven included, is reconcile what the ad platforms claim against what the business banked. The networks each count with a different ruler. Google Ads books a conversion up to 30 days after the click and dates it to the click rather than the sale, Meta offers 1, 7 and 28-day click windows and a single 1-day view window after removing the 7-day and 28-day view windows in January 2026, and TikTok claims on 1 or 7 days only. Stack three platform reports side by side in any of these tools and the revenue total will exceed the real one. The causes are in why ad platform revenue numbers do not match.
- Raven Tools ad integrations: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads only
- Swydo: 32 or more integrations, one plan, unlimited clients
- AgencyAnalytics: 85 or more integrations, $20 per client a month
- Databox: 130 or more cloud integrations, plus databases and custom APIs
- Whatagraph: from EUR 699 a month, EU data center, euros only
Which Raven Tools competitor should you choose?
Count your seats, then your clients, then your ad platforms, in that order. Seats first because that is the cap that actually bites on Raven and the one most agencies discover late. Clients second because that decides whether a per-client meter like AgencyAnalytics or a flat tier like Raven or DashThis wins, and the crossover comes early: AgencyAnalytics is cheaper than nothing on this list at 10 clients and costs $1,000 a month at 50. Ad platforms last, but if the answer includes TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopify or Stripe it overrides everything above it, because no Raven tier connects them.
The short version for each buyer. Staying SEO-first and just want more seats: move up the Raven ladder, it is still the cheapest per client at scale. Want one platform across SEO, paid, social and email with no seat ceiling: AgencyAnalytics. Keeping your SEO stack and replacing only the client reports: DashThis at $44 or Swydo at $62. Need a warehouse or a BI tool fed rather than a report built: a connector, not a reporting platform. Need white label on a tight budget: Swydo or AgencyAnalytics, and check the Klipfolio and Databox add-on pricing before either goes on a shortlist.
MixedMetrics is deliberately not on most of those shortlists, and it is worth being clear why. It does one thing the tools above do not attempt: it divides total spend across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok into the revenue Shopify and Stripe actually recorded, so blended ROAS, blended CAC and MER come out of banked revenue rather than three overlapping attribution models. It is $79 a month flat at any client count. It is not a white-label client portal, and it does not connect Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads. Agencies that need a branded deliverable buy one of the tools above and run MixedMetrics beside it for the blended numbers. The method is on blended ROAS and agency reporting software pricing, and marketing reporting software covers the wider category.
