Windsor.ai Pricing: All 6 Plans and Real Cost

Windsor.ai costs $19, $99, $249 or $499 a month billed annually, plus a free plan and a quoted Enterprise tier. Every paid plan includes unlimited users, because the meter runs on data sources rather than seats. The catch is that the $19 Basic plan allows only three sources, so a normal cross-channel stack needs the $99 Standard plan. Every tier verified on windsor.ai in August 2026.

Short answer: Windsor.ai costs $19, $99, $249 or $499 a month billed annually (Basic, Standard, Plus, Professional), or $23, $118, $299 and $598 billed monthly, plus a free plan and a quoted Enterprise tier. Every paid plan includes unlimited users. What you are actually buying is a number of data sources: 3 on Basic, 7 on Standard, 10 on Plus and 14 on Professional. That is why the advertised $19 rarely turns out to be the price a marketing team pays.

Every figure below was read off windsor.ai/pricing in August 2026. Windsor changes its packaging more often than most tools in this category, so check the date on any other article you are reading alongside this one.

How much does Windsor.ai cost per month?

PlanAnnual (per month)MonthlyData sourcesAccountsUsers
Free$0$010 for 30 days, then 115 for 30 days, then 11
Basic$19$23375Unlimited
Standard$99$118775Unlimited
Plus$249$29910200Unlimited
Professional$499$59814500Unlimited
EnterpriseQuotedQuotedUp to 200Up to 50,000Unlimited

Paying annually saves roughly 17 to 20 percent depending on tier. The saving is real but small in absolute terms at the bottom of the range: $4 a month on Basic, $19 on Standard.

Why the $19 plan is not really $19 for most teams

This is the part worth reading twice, because it is where the pricing page and the buying decision diverge.

Almost every SaaS tool in marketing analytics prices on seats. Windsor does not. Every paid plan carries unlimited users, which is genuinely generous and means you never pay more for adding a colleague. Instead the meter runs on data sources, meaning platform types picked from the 350+ connectors Windsor supports.

Basic includes three. Count the platforms a fairly ordinary ecommerce or B2B marketing team actually needs in one report:

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • GA4
  • Shopify or Stripe
  • Klaviyo or HubSpot

That is five, and it does not yet include TikTok, Search Console, LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads. Five sources does not fit Basic, so the plan that fits is Standard at $99 a month billed annually. For a typical cross-channel setup the real entry price is $99, not $19. Basic is a reasonable buy for someone who wants Google Ads, Meta and GA4 in Looker Studio and nothing else.

The corollary is that Windsor is unusually good value in one specific case: a team with few platforms and many people. If you run three channels and want twenty colleagues in the reports, $19 a month with unlimited seats is hard to beat anywhere in this market.

Data sources versus accounts: the second meter

Windsor runs two limits in parallel and they catch different buyers. A data source is a platform type. An account is an individual login or property inside one of those platforms.

Basic and Standard both allow 75 accounts, Plus allows 200 and Professional allows 500. So an agency connecting Google Ads for forty clients is spending forty of its account allowance but only one of its data source allowance. A single brand running eight platforms is the reverse: barely any accounts, but it needs a higher tier for the source count.

Two details in the small print are worth knowing. Ten Google Business Profile locations count as a single account, which matters a lot for multi-location retail and hospitality clients. And Professional adds an auto-add-all-accounts feature aimed specifically at agencies, which connects every available account within a data source rather than making you authorize each one by hand.

What is included on every Windsor.ai plan?

Included everywhereDetail
All connectors and destinationsAccess to the full 350+ source library on any paid tier
Unlimited BI syncsLooker Studio and Power BI. Tableau connects via Google Sheets or a database
Windsor MCPQuery your marketing data from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity
Data historyUp to 10 years on paid plans. The free plan is limited to 30 days
SupportLive chat on every plan
External authenticationShare an auth link so a client connects their own accounts

The things that do change by tier are destination tasks and sync frequency. Free and Basic allow 5 concurrent destination tasks with a daily refresh. Standard and above allow unlimited destination tasks with daily or hourly refresh, and Professional adds a 15-minute option. If you are pushing to BigQuery, Google Sheets and Azure SQL simultaneously, the destination task count is the limit to watch rather than the source count.

Is the free plan actually usable?

For thirty days, yes. You get 1 user, 10 data sources, 15 accounts and 5 destination tasks, which is enough to build a real multi-channel report and decide whether the tool works for you. That is a more useful trial than most competitors offer, and unlike Funnel.io there is no demo call standing between you and the product.

After thirty days the Forever Free plan drops to 1 user, 1 data source and 1 account, with a 30-day data history limit. That is a perfectly good way to keep one connector alive for free, and no good at all for reporting on a channel mix. Treat the free tier as a long trial with a permanent single-connector fallback rather than a plan you can run a business on.

Windsor sits at the accessible end of this market and its main pitch against Supermetrics is unlimited users at every tier. We compared the two in detail in Windsor.ai vs Supermetrics, and if you want the full field on published prices, marketing reporting software pricing puts sixteen tools side by side. At the expensive end, Funnel.io pricing starts more than fourteen times higher and requires a sales conversation to buy at all.

One practical note on comparing any of these: the meter matters more than the headline. Windsor charges by platform type, AgencyAnalytics charges by client, Raven Tools charges by domain and seat, and those models rank completely differently depending on your shape. We worked through one of those crossovers in AgencyAnalytics vs Raven Tools, where the cheaper-looking tool wins on list price and loses on seat caps.

What drives the bill beyond the plan price?

Three things, none of which appear on the pricing page.

The first is tier creep. Data source limits are the easiest thing in this market to cross by accident, because adding a channel feels like a marketing decision rather than a procurement one. A team on Standard at $99 that picks up TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads over a year is on Plus at $249 without anyone deciding to spend $150 more a month. Connector subscriptions are a category where a budget alert that fires before the renewal does earns its keep, because the increase arrives quietly.

The second is the destination. Windsor is a pipe, and a pipe needs somewhere to pour into. If that is Looker Studio you are fine, because it is free. If it is Power BI you are adding roughly $14 per user per month, and if it is BigQuery you are adding storage and query costs plus somebody who can write SQL. The Windsor line item is often the smallest part of the total.

The third is build time, and it is usually the largest. Windsor delivers clean, normalized marketing data to a destination. It does not tell you whether last month was profitable. Blended ROAS, blended CAC and MER all have to be modeled by you on the other side, which means someone joining ad spend to store revenue, handling the fact that the ad platforms measure on different attribution windows, and maintaining that logic every time a platform changes. Budget two to four weeks for a first version and ongoing hours after that.

Who should buy Windsor.ai, and who should not

Buy it if you already have a reporting destination you like and your problem is purely getting data into it. If your team lives in Looker Studio or Power BI, has someone comfortable building the calculations, and wants many colleagues reading the output, Windsor at $19 to $99 a month with unlimited users is one of the better deals available. The 30-day full-feature free plan means you can prove it before paying.

Skip it if what you actually want is the answer rather than the data. If nobody on the team is going to build and maintain the blended math, a pipe into an empty dashboard becomes a subscription that nobody opens. That is a common and expensive failure mode in this category, and it is worth being honest with yourself about which situation you are in before you buy.

If you are in the second camp, MixedMetrics connects Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe and Klaviyo or HubSpot read-only and computes blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER and LTV against the revenue your store and billing actually recorded, with the attribution-window differences handled rather than passed through. It is $79 a month flat with no source or seat metering. It is also not a data pipeline: you cannot use it to feed a warehouse, and if that is your requirement then Windsor is the right shape of tool and this is not. Our take on where Windsor fits against the wider market is in Windsor.ai alternatives.
