Coupler.io is cheaper than Two Minute Reports for a single brand and for agencies up to about 20 clients, and Two Minute Reports is cheaper past that. Coupler.io runs $24 to $199 a month billed annually and counts every connected account toward one plan total. Two Minute Reports runs $81 to $498 a month billed yearly and counts accounts per connector, so adding a new platform to every client costs nothing extra. That one difference in the meter decides which tool is cheaper for you, far more than the prices on the cards.

The top results for this comparison still quote a Two Minute Reports plan at $9 a month and a Coupler.io range of $49 to $199. Neither matches either vendor's pricing page today. Every figure below was read off twominutereports.com/pricing and coupler.io/pricing.

Agency account managers reviewing a monthly client marketing report

Two Minute Reports pricing, plan by plan

Two Minute Reports sells three self-serve plans and a quoted enterprise tier. Yearly billing is worth two months, about 17 percent.

Every plan includes all of its 30 or so connectors, unlimited seats, AI dashboards, API access, MCP access for AI assistants and hourly, daily, weekly or monthly scheduled refresh. Each additional destination costs $41 a month on any plan. The difference between the tiers is almost entirely the account allowance and the support level, with dedicated onboarding and an account manager on the upper plans.

Extra connected accounts cost $4.49 each on annual billing and $5.99 on monthly. Coupler.io lists about 440 sources, and all of them are available on every plan, including Free. BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL and Redshift are standard destinations on paid plans. For the full account-by-account breakdown, see our page on Coupler.io pricing plans and free plan limits.

Per connector versus per account, the meter that decides the bill

Both tools count accounts: an ad account, a GA4 property, a store. They count them differently.

Two Minute Reports gives you an allowance per connector. Lite allows 3 Google Ads accounts, 3 Meta accounts, 3 GA4 properties and so on, across every connector at once. Adding TikTok or Search Console for every client does not use up anything, as long as no single connector goes over the cap.

Coupler.io gives you one total. Every account on every platform counts toward 3, 15 or 50. Adding a platform to every client adds that many accounts to the bill.

So the shape of your book matters more than its size. Many clients on few platforms favors Two Minute Reports as the count grows. Few clients on many platforms favors Coupler.io, until the total gets large.

What 1 brand, 10, 25 and 50 clients cost on each

These scenarios assume three platforms per client (Google Ads, Meta and GA4), one destination, and annual billing. The brand scenario adds Shopify as a fourth.

50 clients150$498 (Business)$648 (Pro plus 100 extra) or a quoteTwo Minute Reports

Two things move these numbers. At 10 clients, Two Minute Reports Lite plus extras (21 extra accounts at $8) comes to $249, so Pro at $248 is the right buy. And at 50 clients, Coupler.io would likely steer you to its quoted Agency plan, so treat the $648 as the self-serve ceiling rather than a firm price.

If your clients each run five or six platforms instead of three, Coupler.io's total climbs fast while Two Minute Reports barely moves. Ten clients on six platforms is 60 accounts: $243.90 on Coupler.io Pro against $248 on Two Minute Reports Pro, roughly even at half the client count.

Is Two Minute Reports cheaper than Coupler.io?

Past about 20 clients, yes. Below that, Coupler.io usually costs less, and for a solo marketer with a handful of accounts it costs a lot less: $24 to $28 a month against $81. The exception at the small end is a team. Coupler.io Starter allows one user, so two people means Active at $99, while every Two Minute Reports plan has unlimited seats.

Destinations can flip the answer too. Two Minute Reports includes one destination on every plan and charges $41 a month for each extra, so a team sending data to both Google Sheets and Looker Studio pays $122 on Lite. Coupler.io includes three destinations on Active and unlimited on Pro.

Which one is better for a marketing agency?

Two Minute Reports, if you run 25 or more clients on a standard set of platforms and deliver reports in Google Sheets or Looker Studio. Unlimited seats, hourly refresh on every plan and a per-connector allowance all suit an agency that keeps adding clients. The catalog of about 30 connectors covers the mainstream ad, analytics, ecommerce and social platforms.

Coupler.io, if your clients bring unusual sources or you land data in a warehouse. Its roughly 440 sources include CRMs, accounting tools and databases, and warehouse destinations come without an enterprise call. It is also the cheaper choice up to about 20 clients. At 50 clients the bottleneck is often less the connector than who owns each report, and routing every report request to a named account manager saves more hours than a cheaper plan.

If the deliverable you sell is a branded client report rather than a data feed, a reporting platform may fit better than either one. We price those per client in agency reporting software pricing. And if you are also weighing a per-account connector, Coupler.io vs Porter Metrics runs the same scenarios against Porter's falling per-account rate.

Does either one calculate blended ROAS?

No. Both move the numbers each ad platform reports about itself into a spreadsheet or dashboard, and you build the math. Google Ads and Meta each claim credit for many of the same orders, so adding their reported revenue overstates the real total, often by 20 to 40 percent.

A figure you can move budget on starts from total spend across every channel against revenue your store and billing actually recorded. That is blended ROAS, with blended CAC, MER and LTV:CAC beside it. MixedMetrics connects read-only to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Shopify and Stripe and keeps those numbers live on one board, from $79 a month or $39 a month billed annually. Plenty of teams keep a connector for client decks and use the blended board to decide where next week's budget goes.

Does Two Minute Reports have a free plan?

Not on its pricing page. It offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, then Lite, Pro or Business. Coupler.io has a permanent free plan, but with one connected account, one user, manual refresh and 100 rows per run it is a test bench rather than a reporting setup. For either tool, budget for a paid plan from the first month.
