Coupler.io pricing

Coupler.io pricing plans and the real cost per connected account

Coupler.io is one of the easier connectors to price, because it prints every tier and puts the whole feature matrix on one page. It is also easy to misprice, because most of what ranks for this query still describes an older ladder with plans called Personal, Professional, Team and Business, including a $449 tier that no longer exists.

Figures are illustrative. Your own stack connects read-only.

The current page has five plans: Free, Starter, Active, Pro, and Agency and Enterprise. It meters connected accounts first, then destinations, users, refresh frequency and rows per run. All 440 sources are available on every plan, so you never pay more to reach TikTok or HubSpot, but each ad account, property and store you connect uses one account slot.

This page reads the plans straight off coupler.io/pricing, prices four real setups account by account, and puts Coupler.io beside the other connectors and dashboards buyers shortlist against it. If you already know which plan you want and only need the extra-account math, skip to the second table.

The short answer

Coupler.io has five plans. Free is $0 with 1 connected account, 1 user, 1 destination, manual refresh and 100 rows per run. Starter is $24 a month billed annually with 3 accounts, 1 destination, daily refresh, 1 user and 5,000 rows per run. Active is $99 with 15 accounts, 3 destinations, unlimited users and unlimited data volume. Pro is $199 with 50 accounts, unlimited destinations, hourly refresh and client workspaces. Agency and Enterprise is quoted and refreshes every 15 minutes. Every plan gets all 440 sources, extra accounts cost $4.49 each on Starter, Active and Pro, and annual billing saves 25 percent. The line that decides most bills is users: Starter allows one, so any team of two starts at $99.

Why it works

What you get with coupler.io pricing

01

Accounts are the meter

An account is one ad account, analytics property or CRM you connect. Starter allows 3, Active 15, Pro 50, and each extra costs $4.49 a month. An agency with 10 clients on Google Ads, Meta and GA4 needs 30.

02

Users set the floor

Free and Starter allow one user. Active, Pro and Enterprise allow unlimited users. For any team of two or more that makes Active at $99 a month billed annually the real entry point, whatever the account count.

03

Every source on every plan

All 440 sources and all destinations, including BigQuery, Snowflake, Power BI and Data Studio, are available from Free up. You pay for how many accounts, destinations and refreshes you use, never for which connector.

In depth

Coupler.io pricing, worked through the way a buyer has to budget for it

How much does Coupler.io cost?

Between $0 and $199 a month on the published plans, billed annually, plus $4.49 for each account beyond the plan allowance. Starter is $24 a month, Active $99 and Pro $199. Agency and Enterprise is quoted. Coupler.io says annual billing saves 25 percent, and on monthly billing Starter is $32 and Active $132.

Most teams land on Active, not Starter, and the reason is not accounts. Starter includes one user. The moment a second person needs to open a data flow, fix a broken connection or build a report, you are on Active at $99, even if you only connect four accounts. Active also removes the 5,000 rows per run cap, which a daily Google Ads pull at campaign and day level can hit sooner than you would think.

A 7-day trial with Pro limits starts at signup. If you do not pick a paid plan by the end of it, the account drops to Free automatically.

What are the Coupler.io free plan limitations?

Free gives you 1 connected account, 1 user, 1 destination, manual refresh only, and 100 rows per data flow run. Coupler.io also says you can operate one active data flow on Free. It keeps access to all 440 sources and the 230+ dashboard templates, so it is a good way to test whether a connector pulls the fields you need.

What it cannot do is run a business report. There is no automated refresh, so the numbers are only as fresh as the last time someone clicked, and 100 rows covers roughly three months of one campaign at daily granularity. Treat Free as a test harness for a single source, not as a reporting plan.

What counts as an account in Coupler.io?

One advertising, analytics or CRM account from any source. Coupler.io's own example is the Active plan split as 5 Google Ads accounts, 5 Facebook Ads accounts and 5 Google Analytics accounts. A Shopify store is one account, a HubSpot portal is one, a GA4 property is one.

That is why agency bills climb faster than the plan names suggest. Ten clients on Google Ads, Meta and GA4 is 30 accounts, twice what Active includes. Active plus 15 extra accounts is $166.35 a month, which is still cheaper than Pro at $199. The break-even is at about 37 accounts: below it, Active plus extras wins; above it, Pro is cheaper and also adds unlimited destinations, hourly refresh and client workspaces.

Coupler.io pricing for agencies

At 25 clients with three accounts each you need 75 accounts. Pro includes 50, and 25 extras at $4.49 add $112.25, for $311.25 a month or about $12.45 per client. At 50 clients the same arithmetic gives $648 a month, and at that size an Agency and Enterprise quote is worth asking for, since it adds 15-minute refresh, SSO, priority support and partner pricing that Coupler.io says it offers agencies scaling across clients.

Two things to check before you commit. First, destinations: Active allows three, so an agency sending each client to its own warehouse or BI tool will need Pro regardless of account count. Second, what you still have to build: Coupler.io moves the data and offers dashboard templates, but the branded client report, the commentary and any blended metric are your work. The per-client comparison with finished-report tools like AgencyAnalytics and DashThis is on agency reporting software.

Two other comparisons decide most agency shortlists. Windsor.ai meters platforms instead of accounts and includes 75 to 500 accounts per plan, so 20 clients on three platforms cost $19 to $99 a month there against $243.90 here; the full math is in Coupler.io vs Windsor.ai pricing. AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client for a finished, white-labeled report, which overtakes Coupler.io once clients average more than about 4.5 platforms each, as worked through in Coupler.io vs AgencyAnalytics pricing. Against reporting tools that meter the same connected accounts, DashThis is usually cheaper for a monthly client report (Coupler.io vs DashThis pricing) and Databox for agencies whose clients run five or more platforms (Coupler.io vs Databox pricing). Coupler.io's pricing page also advertises a 50 percent price cut for new customers who bring a competitor's offer, subject to its approval, so ask before you sign.

Is Coupler.io cheaper than Supermetrics?

At the entry level, yes: $24 against $44 a month billed annually, and Coupler.io includes every source on every plan while Supermetrics gates warehouses to Enterprise. For a small team the bigger difference is users, since Coupler.io's Active plan at $99 has unlimited users. The full side-by-side, including where Supermetrics is the better buy, is on Coupler.io vs Supermetrics, and the three-way roundup with Funnel.io is on Coupler.io vs Funnel.io.

If you are pricing per account rather than per plan, Porter Metrics is the closest structure and it gets cheaper as you add accounts, falling to $2 each from 200. Its ladder has a few cliffs where one more account lowers the bill, set out on Porter Metrics pricing, and the two are costed side by side, 3 to 100 accounts, in Coupler.io vs Porter Metrics.

Coupler.io or a blended dashboard and which one you are actually buying

Coupler.io is a connector with a dashboard layer. It is excellent at moving Google Ads, Meta, Shopify and 437 other sources into a spreadsheet, BI tool or warehouse on a schedule, and for teams that already live in Data Studio or Power BI it is one of the best value picks in the category.

What it does not do on its own is decide what the numbers mean. Each ad platform reports conversions on its own attribution window, so Google Ads, Meta and TikTok routinely claim the same orders, and a sheet that adds their revenue columns overstates the total. Getting to blended ROAS, blended CAC and MER means joining spend against the revenue Shopify or Stripe actually recorded, which is a data model you build and maintain yourself on top of any connector.

MixedMetrics does that part for you. It connects Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe and Klaviyo or HubSpot read-only and shows blended ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV and LTV:CAC on one live board, from $39 a month billed annually ($79 monthly). The AI layer that flags where spend is leaking starts on Growth at $99 a month billed annually, and white-label reports on Scale at $224. It has no warehouse export and no Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads connector, so if you need raw rows in BigQuery, Coupler.io is the right purchase. If you need the blended answer, see blended ROAS or the full MixedMetrics pricing.

Good questions

Questions about coupler.io pricing

Coupler.io costs $24 a month for Starter, $99 for Active and $199 for Pro, all billed annually, with Agency and Enterprise quoted. Monthly billing is about 25 percent more: Starter is $32 and Active $132. Extra accounts cost $4.49 each on Starter, Active and Pro.
The free plan allows 1 connected account, 1 user, 1 destination, one active data flow, manual refresh only and 100 rows per run. It keeps access to all 440 sources and the dashboard templates. Without scheduled refresh it works as a test for one source, not as an ongoing report.
Yes. Every signup starts with 7 free days on Pro plan limits. If you do not choose a paid plan by the end of the trial, the account moves to the Free plan automatically rather than being closed.
One user on Free and Starter, and unlimited users on Active, Pro and Agency and Enterprise. For a team of two or more, that makes Active at $99 a month billed annually the practical starting plan, regardless of how few accounts you connect.
From about 37 connected accounts. Pro costs $100 a month more than Active, and extra accounts cost $4.49 each, so up to 22 extras on Active is cheaper. Pro also adds unlimited destinations, hourly refresh and client workspaces, which can justify it earlier.
Not out of the box. Coupler.io moves each platform's own figures into a destination and offers transformations and dashboard templates, so a blended ROAS or MER needs you to join total spend against store revenue yourself. MixedMetrics computes blended ROAS, CAC, MER and LTV:CAC automatically from $39 a month billed annually.
For agencies that report in Data Studio, Sheets or a BI tool, yes: unlimited users from Active, every source on every plan and client workspaces on Pro. A 25-client agency with three accounts per client pays about $311 a month on Pro plus extras, roughly $12.45 per client before building the reports.
