Coupler.io vs Coefficient
Coupler.io vs Coefficient pricing and which spreadsheet connector costs less
Coupler.io and Coefficient end up on the same shortlist because they solve the same first problem: getting Google Ads, Meta, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce and the rest out of their own interfaces and into Google Sheets or Excel, refreshed on a schedule, so nobody has to paste exports every Monday. Both have a free plan, both have a cheap entry plan, and both sell to marketing and revenue teams.

Figures are illustrative. Your own stack connects read-only.
The pricing pages look similar until you read what each one counts. Coupler.io counts connected accounts and destinations, and from its Active plan up it does not count people at all. Coefficient counts people on its team plan, counts every import refresh you run, manual and scheduled together, and caps how many accounts you can connect inside each source. Those meters decide the bill far more than the headline prices do.
This page puts both ladders side by side, prices four common buyers on each, explains which limit you will hit first, and says plainly where each tool wins. Every figure was read off coupler.io/pricing and coefficient.io/pricing in October 2026, including the monthly prices that only appear when you switch the billing toggle.
The short answer
Coupler.io is cheaper for almost every paid setup. It starts at $24 a month billed annually and meters connected accounts, with unlimited users from the $99 Active plan. Coefficient starts at $49 a month for a single user, and its team plan is $99 per user per month, capped at five users, with a monthly limit on refresh runs. Coefficient is the better buy for one analyst who lives in Salesforce, HubSpot or SQL data inside Sheets or Excel. MixedMetrics is the option when what you want is the finished blended ROAS, CAC and MER board rather than raw rows in a spreadsheet.

Why it works
What you get with Coupler.io vs Coefficient
Accounts versus users
Coupler.io prices plans by connected accounts and destinations, from $24 to $199 a month billed annually, and includes unlimited users from Active at $99. Coefficient charges $99 per user per month on Pro, up to five users, so a team of four pays $396 a month before it connects anything.
Refresh runs are metered
Coefficient counts import refreshes per month across every import you build: 50 on Free, 500 on Starter, 5,000 on Pro. Manual and scheduled runs both count. Coupler.io meters refresh frequency instead, daily on Starter and Active, hourly on Pro, with no monthly run quota on its pricing page.
Neither one is the blended board
Both tools land the numbers each ad platform reports about itself. Google Ads and Meta both claim the same orders, so adding them in a sheet overstates revenue. Setting total spend against what Shopify and Stripe actually recorded, for blended ROAS, blended CAC and MER, is a separate job.

In depth
Coupler.io vs Coefficient decided on what each one actually meters
How much does Coefficient cost compared with Coupler.io?
On published list prices Coupler.io costs less at every paid tier once more than one person needs access. Coupler.io paid plans run $24, $99 and $199 a month billed annually, or $32, $132 and $259 billed monthly, and annual billing saves 25 percent. Coefficient runs $49 a month for Starter and $99 per user per month for Pro billed annually, or $59 and $119 billed monthly, and annual billing saves 17 percent. Enterprise on both sides is quoted.
The gap widens with headcount. Coefficient Starter is for one person, and its own FAQ says an organization with more than one user must move to Pro. Four people on Pro cost $396 a month billed annually, and five cost $495. Coupler.io Active at $99 covers the same four or five people, or fifty, because users are unlimited from that tier up. A team only pays Coupler.io more when it needs more connected accounts, more destinations or a faster refresh.
For the full Coupler.io ladder on its own, including extra accounts at $4.49 a month billed annually and the limits of the free tier, see our breakdown of Coupler.io pricing. If you are still choosing between pricing models across the whole category, marketing reporting software pricing compares them side by side.
How does Coefficient compare to Coupler.io?
Coefficient is a spreadsheet add-on built around the analyst inside the sheet; Coupler.io is a pipeline that can feed a spreadsheet or many other destinations. Coefficient runs inside Google Sheets and Excel, adds SQL, chart and pivot builders, Slack and email alerts on data changes, and can push edits back to Salesforce, HubSpot and SQL databases. Coupler.io sends data to Sheets and Excel too, but also to Data Studio, Power BI, BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redshift and Supabase, and it adds transformations and dashboard templates.
The source catalogs differ in how they are gated. Coupler.io says all 400 plus sources are available on every plan, including Free, and the plan only limits how many accounts you connect. Coefficient splits sources into standard and premium. Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, SQL Server, ClickHouse, Tableau, Looker, NetSuite and Sage Intacct are premium and only on Enterprise, and Pro allows six standard sources in total.
Both connect the marketing basics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, Search Console, HubSpot and Mailchimp, so for a typical paid media report either tool can do the job. The choice comes down to who will use it and how many accounts you have to connect.
Where Coefficient limits bite first
Refresh runs are the limit most teams underestimate. Coefficient counts every import refresh in a month across all your imports, and manual runs count the same as scheduled ones. Starter allows 500. Ten imports refreshed daily use 300, which fits. Ten imports refreshed every hour would need about 7,200, which is past even the 5,000 on Pro. Exports are counted separately, 500 runs on Starter and 5,000 on Pro.
Accounts per source come next. Free and Starter allow one account inside each source, so a marketer with two Google Ads accounts already needs Pro. Pro allows three. Coefficient defines this as distinct accounts within the same source, such as three Instagram accounts, which is exactly the shape of an agency with many client ad accounts.
Then the user cap. Pro is billed per user up to five. A sixth person, admin controls or SSO means Enterprise, which is quoted. Teammates without a license can still open a shared sheet and read the data, according to Coefficient, but they cannot edit imports or schedule refreshes.
Where Coupler.io limits bite first
On Coupler.io the first wall is users and rows on Starter. Starter allows one user, three connected accounts, one destination and 5,000 rows per run, which is enough for a solo marketer pulling campaign-level data but not for ad-level daily data across a year. Active removes the user and data volume limits and raises accounts to 15 and destinations to three.
The second wall is refresh frequency. Starter and Active refresh daily. Hourly refresh needs Pro at $199 billed annually, and 15-minute refresh needs a quoted Custom plan. For a weekly client report that is irrelevant; for an in-day budget pacing sheet it decides the tier.
Accounts beyond the plan allowance cost $4.49 each a month billed annually or $5.99 monthly, so a team at 17 accounts can stay on Active for about $108 rather than jump to Pro. Coupler.io offers a 7-day trial with full access, after which you pick a plan or drop to Free. For a closer look at how it stacks up against the largest connector vendor, see Coupler.io vs Supermetrics, and against a warehouse-first tool, Coupler.io vs OWOX pricing.
Which one is better for a marketing agency?
For an agency, Coupler.io is the easier buy on published pricing. Pro at $199 a month billed annually covers 50 connected accounts, unlimited destinations, hourly refresh, unlimited users and team and client workspaces. Adding account managers costs nothing, and adding clients costs $4.49 per extra account once you pass 50.
Coefficient Pro caps accounts at three per source and people at five, so an agency running more than three client Google Ads accounts is looking at a quoted Enterprise plan from the start. Coefficient fits an agency better when the work is one analyst building models in Sheets on top of a CRM, with alerts and write-back, rather than many client feeds.
Is Coefficient free?
Coefficient has a free plan, but it is built for trying the product rather than running reports. It allows three standard sources with one account each, imports up to 5,000 rows, 50 import refreshes a month, manual refresh only and exports up to 100 rows. Automatic refreshes and alerts beyond 30 a month need a paid plan. New accounts get a 30-day trial of Pro, after which they fall back to Free unless they upgrade.
Coupler.io Free is similar in spirit: one account, one user, one source, one destination and manual refresh. Neither free plan will keep a recurring marketing report current on its own, so budget for a paid tier from the start.
When a blended board fits better than either tool
Both Coupler.io and Coefficient move the figures each platform reports about itself. Google Ads and Meta both count the same purchase, so a sheet that sums their revenue overstates what you earned, often by a fifth or more. The number a marketing lead can move budget on starts from the other end: total spend across every channel against the revenue your store and billing system recorded.
MixedMetrics does that one job. It connects read-only to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Shopify and Stripe and keeps blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER and LTV:CAC live on one board, with an AI layer on Growth that points to where budget is leaking. MixedMetrics plans are Starter at $79 a month for 5 sources, Growth at $199 for 15 and Scale at $449 for unlimited sources, or $39, $99 and $224 a month billed yearly, all bought by card.
It does not replace a spreadsheet connector. There is no Sheets or BI export, attribution is lite rather than multi-touch, and there are no Amazon, Microsoft or LinkedIn Ads connectors. Teams that need raw rows in a sheet for other work often keep a connector and add a blended board, letting each do the job it is priced for.
