MixedMetrics

BY TEAM // FOR REVOPS

RevOps marketing analytics across the full funnel

RevOps marketing analytics need spend and revenue in the same model, not marketing in one system and finance in another. MixedMetrics connects GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe, Klaviyo, and HubSpot into one reconciled view of the funnel.

What's working
Where money leaks

Illustrative example figures · not a customer account · your own stack connects read-only

The Blend Board gives RevOps blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel, all tied to real billing data. The AI layer surfaces what changed and where money is leaking, so revenue conversations rest on facts. Connectors are read-only, we never move money, data is aggregated with no PII, and the platform is read-only and encrypted.

Why MixedMetrics

Blended truth, AI insights, no BI tool required

Not eight conflicting platform dashboards, not a data engineer, not a spreadsheet that rots by Friday. One blended view you can act on.

One blended read-out

Blended ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and revenue by channel in a single live view, instead of eight platforms claiming the same conversion.

AI that finds the leak

The insight layer reads the blended data and tells you what changed and where spend is leaking, before the month closes.

Connect, do not migrate

Read-only connectors to the tools you already run. No re-platforming, no pixel surgery, first dashboard the same day.

In depth

Where RevOps and marketing reporting meet

Two systems, two versions of revenue

The recurring RevOps problem is that marketing reports one revenue figure and finance reports another, and both are defensible. Marketing counts attributed revenue over an attribution window; finance counts recognised revenue over an accounting period. Neither is wrong, but a meeting where the two numbers meet without that distinction stated usually ends in a debate about data quality instead of the actual question.

Anchoring marketing efficiency to revenue that landed in billing removes most of the argument. It is also why platform-reported totals cannot serve as the shared figure, as why ad platform numbers do not match explains.

The unit economics RevOps owns

Acquisition cost against customer value is the metric pair that most directly governs how much growth a business can afford, and it sits squarely in RevOps territory because it needs both marketing spend and billing data. The LTV:CAC ratio is the standard reading, with blended CAC as the input that is hardest to get right.

For subscription businesses the timing question is separate from the ratio, which is what CAC payback period measures: a strong ratio with a long payback still constrains how fast you can spend. SaaS marketing metrics covers the wider set.

Reporting upward from an operations seat

RevOps typically produces the numbers leadership uses, which means the output has to survive being read without the person who built it in the room. That favours a small stable set of metrics, consistent period definitions, and a written note on what changed.

The CMO dashboard view is shaped for that audience, and revenue analytics covers the reconciliation layer that keeps marketing and finance figures traceable to the same source.
