Short answer: Wicked Reports costs $499 a month for Measure, $699 for Scale and $999 for Maximize if your business did under $2.5 million in gross revenue over the last 12 months. Above that, every plan steps up through nine revenue bands, reaching $2,999, $3,199 and $3,499 a month between $40 million and $50 million, and $4,999, $5,199 and $5,499 and up past $50 million. Enterprise starts at $4,999 a month.
Every figure here was read off wickedreports.com/pricing on September 10, 2026, including the full band table that sits behind the page's revenue slider, where only the first band shows by default. Prices are US dollars per month. Wicked Reports publishes more of its pricing than most attribution vendors, which makes it one of the few tools in the category you can budget for before a sales call.
How much does Wicked Reports cost?
Find your trailing 12-month gross revenue, then read across. The band sets the price and the plan sets what you get.
| Annual gross revenue | Measure | Scale | Maximize |
|---|---|---|---|
| $0 to $2.5M | $499 | $699 | $999 |
| $2.5M to $5M | $799 | $999 | $1,299 |
| $5M to $10M | $1,000 | $1,200 | $1,500 |
| $10M to $15M | $1,499 | $1,699 | $1,999 |
| $15M to $20M | $1,999 | $2,199 | $2,499 |
| $20M to $30M | $2,299 | $2,499 | $2,799 |
| $30M to $40M | $2,699 | $2,899 | $3,199 |
| $40M to $50M | $2,999 | $3,199 | $3,499 |
| Over $50M | $4,999+ | $5,199+ | $5,499+ |
Two details matter more than the sticker. First, the band comes from your last 12 months of gross revenue, and Wicked says that if you cross into a new band, your plan updates on your next renewal. A brand growing from $2.3 million to $2.7 million does not get a surprise mid-contract, but it does get a new price at renewal: Measure goes from $499 to $799, a 60 percent step for roughly 17 percent more revenue.
Second, the steps are uneven. Moving from the $5 to $10 million band into $10 to $15 million adds $499 to Measure, and the next band adds another $500, while from $20 million up the steps shrink to $300 to $400 a band. The largest jump on the table is crossing $50 million, where Measure goes from $2,999 to $4,999 and up. If you are close to a line, plan the renewal conversation before the anniversary date, not after it.
What each Wicked Reports plan includes
- Measure is the core attribution product: FunnelVision pre-built views, cohort and LTV reports, lifetime lookback and lookforward, and the major ad platform, standard cart and standard CRM integrations.
- Scale adds plumbing: API integrations for CRM and cart plus an outbound API, currency conversion, and international time-zone data loading.
- Maximize adds the growth levers: 5 Forces AI and Advanced Signal (Meta CAPI) included, Custom Conversions, and the Amazon Revenue Integration.
- Enterprise starts at $4,999 a month for $50 million-plus brands, with priority support and implementation, enterprise terms and security reviews, and optional dedicated servers with a custom SLA.
The jump from Measure to Scale is $200 a month in every band up to $50 million, and it buys integration depth rather than better attribution. If your store runs on a standard cart and CRM in one currency, Measure already reads the same data. Scale earns its keep for brands selling in several currencies or wiring Wicked into a custom stack.
The Amazon line on Maximize is the one that deserves attention from ecommerce brands. Amazon purchases complete on Amazon and never touch your own store, so a tool reading only your cart cannot see them. Maximize is the only Wicked plan that brings Amazon revenue into the same view.
Are the Wicked Reports add-ons worth it?
On Measure or Scale you can add Advanced Signal or 5 Forces AI for $199 a month each. Maximize includes both, plus Custom Conversions and Amazon revenue, so the math is worth doing before you bolt anything on.
| Under $2.5M in revenue | Monthly cost | Against Maximize at $999 |
|---|---|---|
| Measure plus both add-ons | $897 | $102 less, without Custom Conversions or Amazon |
| Scale plus both add-ons | $1,097 | $98 more than Maximize |
| Measure plus one add-on | $698 | $301 less |
The rule falls out of the table: a Scale customer who wants both add-ons should simply buy Maximize, and Wicked's own pricing page says Maximize is typically the better value if you need both plus Custom Conversions and Amazon. A Measure customer who wants only Meta CAPI is better off adding the single $199 module.
Does Wicked Reports have a free trial?
There is no free plan. The Get started buttons on the main pricing page book a 20-minute pricing call rather than opening a checkout. A second signup page on the same site, titled Wicked Awesome Pricing, charges $400 at signup. When we read it on September 10, 2026, it said the normal monthly price would begin on September 25, sized to your CRM contact list, so the $400 buys roughly two weeks.
That older page prices on contacts while the main page prices on revenue bands. Ask which model your contract uses before you sign, because a brand with a large, cheap email list and modest revenue could land in a very different place on each.
Wicked Reports pricing vs Triple Whale, Hyros and Northbeam
Every attribution vendor meters something different, which is why side-by-side sticker prices mislead. Here is the same $3 million-a-year store, spending $60,000 a month on ads, priced on each tool's own published numbers.
| Tool | Entry price | What it meters | A $3M store pays |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wicked Reports | $499 / mo (Measure) | Trailing 12-month gross revenue | $799 (Measure) to $1,299 (Maximize) |
| Triple Whale | $219 / mo (Foundation, smallest GMV bracket) | Annual GMV, 12-month subscription | Set by the GMV slider, above the entry price |
| Hyros | $69 / mo up to $5k tracked monthly revenue | Tracked monthly revenue | Not published past the first stop |
| Northbeam | $1,500 / mo | Annual ad spend | $1,500, with spend under $1.5M a year |
| SegMetrics | $57 / mo | Active contacts | Depends on list size, up to $397 |
| MixedMetrics | $79 / mo | Connected sources and seats | $79 to $199 for a typical 5 to 7 source store |
Wicked's advantage is predictability. You can read your exact price for the next year off a public table, which you cannot do at Hyros past $5,000 in tracked revenue or at Triple Whale without the slider. Northbeam is the more expensive attribution buy at this size, although it becomes relatively cheaper for brands whose revenue is high compared with their ad spend. Our ad tracking software pricing comparison lays out all ten tools we track, and the Hyros vs Triple Whale breakdown covers the two most common alternatives in detail.
Is Wicked Reports worth it?
It fits ecommerce and subscription brands with a real CRM, repeat purchases and long consideration windows. The lifetime lookback and lookforward and the cohort LTV reports are the reason to buy it: they credit a first-touch ad with revenue that arrives months later, which platform dashboards with a 7-day or 28-day window never see. For a subscription brand whose customer is worth three times the first order, that changes which campaigns survive.
Run the cost check before you book the call. Measure at $499 is 2.5 percent of a $20,000 monthly ad budget and 0.5 percent of $100,000. If a single cut campaign worth $5,000 a month is plausible, the plan pays for itself many times over. Attribution tells you which ads to cut, but it does not make the replacements, and teams that retire a third of their Meta ads usually need fresh creative quickly, which is where a UGC ad generator earns its keep.
It is the wrong buy if what you actually need is to know whether total marketing spend is paying back. That question does not need a pixel or a nine-band contract. A blended ROAS dashboard divides total spend by the revenue your store and billing system recorded, and MixedMetrics does it from $79 a month for 5 connected sources or $199 for 15, reading Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Shopify, Stripe and Klaviyo read-only. It is attribution-lite and says so: no pixel, no Meta CAPI, and no Amazon Ads connector. If your platforms keep disagreeing with your store, start with why ad platform numbers don't match, then decide whether the gap is worth $499 a month to close.
