Coupler.io vs Funnel.io vs Windsor.ai vs Supermetrics vs Whatagraph: connector pricing compared
Every roundup of marketing data connectors compares them on the headline monthly price, which is close to useless, because these five products do not count the same thing. One counts connected accounts. One counts data sources. One counts data sources and accounts per source and destinations and seats, all at the same time. One counts connectors by tier. One counts source credits.

Illustrative example figures · not a customer account · your own stack connects read-only
Two tools can both advertise a $100 plan and end up 4x apart on the same workload, purely because of what sits behind the meter. So the useful comparison is not which sticker price is lowest, it is which meter matches the shape of your stack.
This page lays out the current published pricing for Coupler.io, Funnel.io, Windsor.ai, Supermetrics and Whatagraph, explains exactly what each one meters, works out the real cost of a 10, 25 and 50 client agency load on Coupler.io, and is direct about which one wins for which buyer. The Coupler.io figures were read off coupler.io/pricing in August 2026, and the other four off their own pricing pages within the last week.
The short answer
Coupler.io is the cheapest of these five connectors for most US marketing teams, and it is the only one that does not ration connectors. All 437 of its data sources are available on every plan including the free one, and the single thing it meters is connected accounts: 1 free, 3 on Starter at $24 a month billed annually, 15 on Active at $99, 50 on Pro at $199, with extra accounts at $4.49 each. Funnel.io is the most expensive entry point at EUR 280 a month billed annually and gates connectors by tier (121 on Starter, 579 on Business). Supermetrics runs EUR 39 to EUR 399 but meters four things at once: destinations, data sources, accounts per source and user seats. Windsor.ai runs $19 to $499 and meters data sources with unlimited users. Whatagraph starts from EUR 699 and is a reporting platform rather than a pipe. None of the five calculates blended ROAS against the revenue your store actually banked. All prices were read off the vendors own pricing pages in August 2026.

Why it works
What you get with coupler.io vs funnel.io
One meter versus four
Coupler.io counts connected accounts and nothing else. Supermetrics counts destinations, data sources, accounts per source and seats simultaneously. That single difference explains most of the price gap.
Connectors are not rationed on all of them
Coupler.io puts all 437 sources on every plan including free. Funnel.io ships 121 connectors on Starter and 579 on Business. Supermetrics caps you at 3, 7 or 10 data sources.
None of them blends spend against banked revenue
These are pipes and report builders. They move or display what each ad platform says about itself. Reconciling the total against Shopify and Stripe is a different job.

In depth
Every pairing, priced honestly, and the question none of them answer
Coupler.io vs Funnel.io
This is the widest price gap of any pairing on the page. Coupler.io starts free and its top self-serve plan is $199 a month billed annually. Funnel.io does not publish anything below Starter at EUR 280 a month billed annually, has no free plan and no self-serve checkout, so the cheapest way into Funnel is roughly ten times the cheapest way into Coupler and involves talking to a salesperson first.
The two are not aimed at the same buyer, and the honest version of this comparison says so. Funnel.io is built for large advertisers moving serious volume, and its Business tier at EUR 560 a month opens 579 connectors, unlimited users and 26 export destinations. It handles messy multi-market, multi-currency data properly and its data transformation layer is genuinely stronger. Coupler.io is built for teams that want data in Looker Studio, Sheets, Power BI or BigQuery this afternoon without a procurement cycle.
Note what happens to connectors on each. Funnel.io gates them: Starter gives you 121 of them and you have to move to Business to reach the full 579. Coupler.io does not gate them at all, and puts all 437 sources on the free plan. If your stack is unusual, say Amazon Seller Central plus Klaviyo plus Xero plus TikTok Organic, Coupler will connect it on a $24 plan while Supermetrics counts each one against a cap of three. Our Funnel.io pricing breakdown works through the tiers in detail, and Funnel.io alternatives covers the wider field.
Coupler.io vs Windsor.ai
These two are the closest match on the page and the comparison comes down to one thing: Coupler.io meters accounts, Windsor.ai meters data sources. That sounds like a distinction without a difference until you map it onto a real stack.
If you run a small number of platforms across a large number of accounts, Coupler is the wrong shape and Windsor is the right one. An agency with 30 clients all on Google Ads and Meta is using two data sources and 60 accounts. On Windsor.ai that is a 2-source problem, comfortably inside the $19 or $99 tier with unlimited users, subject to its account ceiling of 75 on the lower plans. On Coupler.io that is 60 accounts, which means Pro at $199 plus 10 extra accounts at $4.49, so about $244 a month.
Flip the stack and the answer flips with it. A single ecommerce brand pulling Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, Shopify, Stripe, GA4 and Search Console is eight data sources and eight accounts. On Coupler that fits Starter at $24 a month, or Active at $99 if you want unlimited rows and more than one destination. On Windsor.ai eight sources puts you on the $249 tier. Same workload, roughly 10x apart, entirely because of what each one counts. We break down the Windsor ladder in the Windsor.ai pricing guide and compare it head to head in Windsor.ai vs Supermetrics.
- Many accounts, few platforms: Windsor.ai is usually cheaper
- Many platforms, few accounts: Coupler.io is usually much cheaper
- Both give unlimited users above their entry tier, unlike Supermetrics
- Windsor.ai has a free plan, Coupler.io has a free plan that keeps all 437 sources
Coupler.io vs Supermetrics
Supermetrics publishes Starter at EUR 39, Growth at EUR 159 and Pro at EUR 399 a month billed yearly, which reads cheaper than Coupler.io Pro at $199 until you count the meters. Supermetrics meters four things simultaneously: data sources (3, 7 or 10), accounts per source (3, 7 or 10), user seats (1, 2 or 3) and destinations, of which exactly one core destination is included on every paid tier. Coupler.io meters one thing.
The seat line is where most teams get caught. Supermetrics Pro at EUR 399 a month includes three users, and extra seats are an add-on at EUR 99 a month for up to five more. Coupler.io includes unlimited users from Active at $99. A six-person marketing team is paying EUR 159 plus EUR 99 on Supermetrics Growth before adding a second destination at EUR 149, which lands near EUR 407, against $99 on Coupler.io for the same headcount.
The sharpest gap is the warehouse. If you want marketing data landing in BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift, Supermetrics puts that on the Enterprise tier behind a quote. Coupler.io lists BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redshift and Supabase as ordinary destinations on its paid plans, so a $99 a month subscription writes to your warehouse. That is not a small difference in degree, it is the difference between a self-serve card payment and a procurement process. Full detail on the Supermetrics side is in Supermetrics vs Whatagraph and Supermetrics alternatives.
Coupler.io vs Whatagraph
This pairing is a category mismatch and the query volume suggests plenty of people are working that out mid-search. Coupler.io is a pipe: it moves data into a destination you already own and does not build you a report. Whatagraph is a closed reporting platform that keeps the data inside its own environment and hands you a branded client report at the end.
On price they are barely comparable. Whatagraph Max starts from EUR 699 a month billed annually, with no free plan and no cheaper self-serve tier. Coupler.io Pro is $199. But Whatagraph gives you unlimited users and unlimited reports, full white-label branding and a dedicated customer success manager, none of which Coupler.io offers or attempts, because building the report is your job on Coupler.
The practical decision is whether the deliverable you sell is a branded PDF. If it is, Coupler.io alone will not get you there and you are choosing between Whatagraph and a per-client reporting platform. If the report is internal evidence and your team already lives in Looker Studio or Power BI, Whatagraph is paying for a layer you will not use. One more detail worth knowing for a US buyer: Whatagraph runs on an EU data center on both plans and publishes in euros only. See Whatagraph alternatives for the wider comparison.
How much does Coupler.io cost?
Five tiers, all in US dollars. Free is $0 forever and gives you 1 account, 1 data source, 1 destination, 1 user, manual refresh and a hard 100 rows a run. Starter is $32 a month, or $24 billed annually, for 3 accounts, 1 destination, 1 user, daily refresh and 5,000 rows a run. Active is $132 or $99 annually for 15 accounts, 3 destinations, unlimited users, daily refresh and unlimited data volume. Pro is $259 or $199 annually for 50 accounts, unlimited destinations, unlimited users, hourly refresh and unlimited volume. Agency and Enterprise is quoted and refreshes every 15 minutes.
Two caps decide more than the tier names do. The first is the row limit: Starter stops at 5,000 rows a run, which a single busy Google Ads account with a year of campaign-level history will blow through, and unlimited volume does not arrive until Active at $99. The second is users: Starter is a one-seat plan, so any team of two is on Active whatever their account count says. Anyone budgeting from the $24 figure should assume $99 is the real floor for a working team.
Extra accounts are the part almost nobody quotes, and they change the arithmetic. Coupler.io sells additional accounts at $5.99 each on monthly billing and $4.49 on annual, on Starter, Active and Pro alike. Because the gap between Active and Pro is $100 a month, buying extra accounts on Active stays cheaper than upgrading until you need about 22 of them. In other words, Active plus extras beats Pro right up to roughly 37 connected accounts, at which point Pro at $199 wins and also brings unlimited destinations, hourly refresh, client workspaces and webhooks with it.
- Free: $0, 1 account, 1 source, 100 rows a run, manual refresh
- Starter: $24 a year-billed month. 3 accounts, 1 user, 5,000 rows a run
- Active: $99. 15 accounts, unlimited users, unlimited rows, 3 destinations
- Pro: $199. 50 accounts, unlimited destinations, hourly refresh, workspaces
- Extra accounts: $4.49 each annually, $5.99 monthly, on every paid tier
- All 437 data sources and 220+ dashboard templates on every plan, free included
Which data connector should you buy?
Match the meter to your stack and the choice mostly makes itself. Count your platforms and count your accounts before you look at a single price. If you have many platforms and few accounts, which is the normal shape for an in-house ecommerce or SaaS team, Coupler.io is the cheapest credible option on this page by a wide margin, because it never charges you for breadth. If you have few platforms and many accounts, which is the normal shape for a paid media agency, Windsor.ai or Whatagraph will price better and Coupler will start adding $4.49 a head.
Then check the three things that quietly decide the bill: seats, destinations and warehouse access. Supermetrics is the only one of the five that still charges per seat, and it includes one destination on every tier, so a team of six wanting data in both Looker Studio and Sheets is buying two add-ons before it starts. Funnel.io is the only one with no published self-serve entry at all. If BigQuery is on your roadmap, Coupler.io includes it in a $99 plan and Supermetrics does not include it below Enterprise, which is the largest single pricing difference on this page.
There is a fourth question none of these five answer, and it is usually the one the CFO asks. Every tool here moves or displays the numbers each ad platform reports about itself, and those numbers overlap by design. Google Ads books a conversion up to 30 days after the click and dates it to the click rather than the sale. Meta offers 1, 7 and 28-day click windows and a single 1-day view window since it removed the 7-day and 28-day view windows in January 2026. TikTok claims on 1 or 7 days only. Add the three platform revenue figures together and the total routinely exceeds what the business actually banked. We walk through every cause in why ad platform revenue numbers do not match.
MixedMetrics sits on the other side of that problem. Instead of piping each platform faithfully, it divides total spend across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok into the revenue Shopify and Stripe actually recorded, which produces blended ROAS, blended CAC and MER that hold up in a board meeting because no attribution model was involved. It is a flat $79 a month at any client count, it is deliberately not a white-label client reporting platform, and it does not connect Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads today. Plenty of teams run a connector for breadth and MixedMetrics for the blended view. The method is on blended ROAS, cross-channel marketing analytics and, for agencies pricing the whole field, agency reporting software pricing.
