Figures are illustrative. Your own stack connects read-only.

DashThis is the report. You connect accounts, drop them into a template, and the client gets a branded dashboard by link, PDF or scheduled email. Coupler.io is the plumbing. It moves data from about 440 sources into Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Power BI, BigQuery or its own dashboards, and someone on your team designs what the client sees.

The surprise is that both meter the same unit. A DashThis source and a Coupler.io account are each one connected Google Ads account, Meta ad account or GA4 property. So you can price them like for like, which is what this page does, with every figure read off dashthis.com/pricing and coupler.io/pricing.

The short answer

DashThis is cheaper for most agencies that deliver a monthly client report, and Coupler.io is cheaper when you need the data itself in Sheets, Looker Studio or a warehouse. Both count the same thing, one connected account such as a Google Ads account or a GA4 property, but they sell it differently. DashThis bundles dashboards and sources: Individual $44 a month billed yearly for 3 dashboards and 15 sources, Professional $139 for 10 and 40, Business $279 for 25 and 100, Standard $429 for 50 and 200, with unlimited users and white label on every plan. Coupler.io sells account ceilings: Starter $24 for 3 accounts, Active $99 for 15, Pro $199 for 50, plus $4.49 per extra account. Ten clients on three platforms cost $139 on DashThis and $166.35 on Coupler.io. Ten clients on five platforms flip it: $199 on Coupler.io against $279 on DashThis.

Why it works

What you get with Coupler.io vs DashThis

01

Same meter, different product

DashThis counts sources and Coupler.io counts accounts, and both mean one connected ad account or analytics property. DashThis also caps dashboards at 3, 10, 25 or 50, while Coupler.io caps users and destinations on its two cheapest plans. Count accounts, reports and people before you compare a single price.

02

Report versus pipe

DashThis includes the client-facing part: templates, white label, a custom domain, scheduled email and PDF export, on every plan. Coupler.io delivers data to a destination and lists no white-label option on its price list. If you sell a branded report, the build time on Coupler.io is part of its real cost.

03

Neither one closes the revenue loop

Both report what each ad platform claims about itself, and those claims overlap. Total ad spend against the revenue Shopify and Stripe actually recorded, which is blended ROAS, blended CAC and MER, is a separate calculation that neither product makes for you.

In depth

Coupler.io vs DashThis, decided on what actually changes the bill

Is DashThis cheaper than Coupler.io?

For agency client reporting, usually yes. DashThis sells sources in bundles that work out to $2.15 to $3.48 each on its paid tiers, while Coupler.io charges $4.49 for every account past its plan limit. Ten clients on Google Ads, Meta and GA4 is 30 accounts and 10 reports: DashThis Professional covers that for $139 a month billed yearly, and Coupler.io needs Active plus 15 extra accounts, $166.35. At 25 clients on four platforms the gap widens to $279 against $423.50.

The exception is a source-heavy book at a tier edge. Ten clients on five platforms is 50 sources, which breaks the 40-source cap on DashThis Professional and forces Business at $279, while 50 accounts fit Coupler.io Pro exactly at $199. Before you sign either, count sources per client, not just clients.

If you want either ladder on its own, our DashThis pricing guide walks through every tier and the dashboard-versus-source trap, and Coupler.io pricing plans prices the account meter step by step.

How much does DashThis cost compared to Coupler.io?

DashThis runs $44, $139, $279 and $429 a month paid yearly, or $54, $164, $324 and $499 month to month. Past 50 dashboards the Standard slider keeps going, to $664 a month yearly for 100 dashboards and 400 sources. Coupler.io runs $24, $99 and $199 a month billed annually, or $32, $132 and $259 monthly, with Agency and Enterprise quoted.

The entry tiers are not equivalent. Coupler.io Starter is one user, one destination and 5,000 rows per run, which suits one person feeding one spreadsheet. DashThis Individual already includes unlimited users, every integration and white label. A small in-house team with one report and six platforms pays $44 on DashThis and $99 on Coupler.io, because Coupler.io only opens up extra users on Active.

What counts as a source in DashThis and an account in Coupler.io?

The same thing. DashThis defines a source as one connected data account, for example a Google Analytics property, a Google Ads account or a Facebook Ads account, counted once however many dashboards use it. Coupler.io counts each connected account the same way. A client running Google Ads, Meta and GA4 uses three of either.

The difference is the second limit. DashThis also caps dashboards, and most agencies build one per client, so 11 clients will not fit Professional even with sources to spare. Coupler.io has no report cap at all, but limits users to one and destinations to one on Starter. On DashThis, archived or inactive sources stop counting, which is the quickest way back under a cap after a client leaves.

Which is better for agency client reporting, DashThis or Coupler.io?

DashThis, if the deliverable is a branded monthly report. White label, a custom domain and email, scheduled dispatch and PDF export come on every plan, users are unlimited, and the price only moves when you add clients or sources. For a 3 to 40 client agency on a standard paid media stack it is the simpler buy and usually the cheaper one.

Coupler.io, if your team already lives in Looker Studio or Sheets, or a client wants raw data in BigQuery. Its catalog of about 440 sources also reaches CRMs, accounting tools and databases that a reporting tool will not, and Pro adds team and client workspaces at $199. If you are weighing DashThis against a per-client platform instead, AgencyAnalytics vs DashThis shows where the cheaper tool flips as the client count grows.

Does Coupler.io or DashThis have a free plan?

Coupler.io does and DashThis does not. Coupler.io gives 7 days with full access, then drops you to a free plan with 1 account, 1 user, 1 source and manual refresh. DashThis offers a free trial, and when it ends your dashboards still exist but stay locked until you pick a plan.

Neither free option runs real client reporting. Use the trial to confirm each connector returns the fields you need from your own accounts, and budget for the paid tier from the first month.

Do Coupler.io or DashThis calculate blended ROAS?

Not on their own. DashThis widgets show what each platform reports about itself, and Coupler.io moves those same platform figures into a destination where you can write formulas. Google Ads and Meta both take credit for many of the same orders, so adding their revenue overstates the real total, often by 20 to 40 percent. A client who checks the report against Shopify notices.

The number you can move budget on is total ad spend across every channel against revenue the store and payment processor actually recorded. That is blended ROAS, with blended CAC, MER and LTV:CAC beside it. MixedMetrics connects read-only to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Shopify and Stripe and keeps those figures live on one board, from $79 a month or $39 a month billed annually, with client workspaces and white-label reports on the Scale plan.

Plenty of agencies keep a reporting tool for the monthly deliverable and use a blended board to decide where next week's budget goes. To price the rest of the connector field the same way, see Coupler.io vs Windsor.ai pricing and Coupler.io vs AgencyAnalytics pricing.
