Coupler.io is the cheaper licence for most agencies under about 20 clients on a standard stack, and AgencyAnalytics becomes the cheaper one once your clients average more than four or five connected accounts each. Coupler.io runs $24 to $199 a month billed annually and charges for every connected account, with $4.49 for each one past the plan limit. AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client per month billed annually, however many platforms that client runs. The bigger difference is what you get for the money: Coupler.io is a data pipe into a report you build, and AgencyAnalytics is the finished, white-labeled client report.
Most pages that compare the two still quote AgencyAnalytics from $59 a month. That ladder is gone. Every figure below was read off agencyanalytics.com/pricing and coupler.io/pricing.

An account is one connection: one Google Ads account, one Meta ad account, one GA4 property. A client on three platforms uses three. Every one of Coupler.io's roughly 440 sources is available on every plan, and extra accounts cost $4.49 each on annual billing. Pro adds team and client workspaces, which matters if clients log in to see their own data flows. The full ladder, including the limits that force an upgrade early, is on our Coupler.io pricing plans page.
What 5 to 40 clients cost on each
The scenarios below use annual billing. The first block assumes three platforms per client (Google Ads, Meta and GA4). The second assumes five, adding Microsoft Ads and Search Console, which is closer to a full-service agency book.
| Clients | Platforms each | Accounts | AgencyAnalytics | Coupler.io, cheapest fit | Cheaper licence |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | 3 | 15 | $100 | $99 (Active) | Even |
| 10 | 3 | 30 | $200 | $166.35 (Active plus 15 extra) | Coupler.io |
| 20 | 3 | 60 | $400 | $243.90 (Pro plus 10 extra) | Coupler.io |
| 40 | 3 | 120 | $800, or a volume quote | $513.30 (Pro plus 70 extra) | Coupler.io |
| 10 | 5 | 50 | $200 | $199 (Pro) | Even |
| 20 | 5 | 100 | $400 | $423.50 (Pro plus 50 extra) | AgencyAnalytics |
| 40 | 5 | 200 | $800, or a volume quote | $872.50 (Pro plus 150 extra) | AgencyAnalytics |
The crossover is easy to remember. Past the 50 accounts in Coupler.io Pro, each extra client on Coupler.io costs $4.49 times its platform count. AgencyAnalytics costs $20 per client flat. So a client with four platforms costs $17.96 on Coupler.io and $20 on AgencyAnalytics, and a client with five costs $22.45 against $20. At about 4.5 platforms per client the two are level, and every platform you add after that favors AgencyAnalytics.
Is Coupler.io cheaper than AgencyAnalytics?
On the invoice, often, and on the total cost of client reporting, often not. Coupler.io delivers data into Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Power BI or a warehouse, and somebody at the agency builds and maintains the report each client sees. Looker Studio itself is free, but the template work, the fixes when a connector field changes and the onboarding of each new client are hours that come out of margin. AgencyAnalytics includes the report, the client login and the branding, so the $20 is closer to the full cost.
Coupler.io wins outright in two cases. The first is an agency that already has a polished Looker Studio template library and a person who maintains it, where the per-account price is pure savings. The second is a client whose stack includes a CRM, an accounting tool or a database that AgencyAnalytics does not connect, since Coupler.io's catalog is roughly five times larger.
Which is better for a marketing agency, Coupler.io or AgencyAnalytics?
AgencyAnalytics, if what you sell is a branded monthly report and a client login. It is one plan, priced per client, with the portal, scheduled reports and white label included, and its price does not move when a client adds TikTok or LinkedIn. For a 10 to 40 client agency on a full-service stack it is usually the simpler and cheaper buy.
Coupler.io, if your team works in spreadsheets, Looker Studio or a warehouse, and the deliverable is analysis rather than a portal. It is also the better feed for an internal data team or a client that wants raw data in BigQuery. If you are weighing it against the other per-account connectors, Coupler.io vs Windsor.ai pricing shows how a source-metered tool changes the math for agencies with many clients on a narrow stack. Porter Metrics also bills per account, on a sliding rate, and Coupler.io vs Porter Metrics pricing shows the point where its rate drops below Coupler.io's.
Two other shortlists come up often. If clients should open a hosted dashboard rather than a portal, Coupler.io vs Klipfolio pricing prices account-based against dashboard-based plans for 10 to 40 clients. If a holding company or multi-brand client wants a governed warehouse, Coupler.io vs Improvado pricing shows what the self-serve tiers cover and where Improvado's quoted plans begin.
If neither fits cleanly, our AgencyAnalytics alternatives page lists the per-client and flat-rate reporting tools side by side, and agency reporting software covers what to require before you sign.
What neither tool tells your client
Both products report what each ad platform claims about itself. Google Ads and Meta both take credit for many of the same orders, so the platform ROAS figures in a client report add up to more revenue than the client actually banked, often by 20 to 40 percent. Clients who check the report against their Shopify or Stripe totals notice, and that conversation costs more trust than any tool saves.
The number that holds up is total ad spend across every channel against revenue the store and payment processor recorded. That is blended ROAS, with blended CAC, MER and LTV:CAC beside it. MixedMetrics connects read-only to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Shopify and Stripe and keeps those figures live on one board, from $79 a month or $39 a month billed annually, with client workspaces and white-label reports on the $449 Scale plan. Many agencies keep their reporting tool for the monthly deliverable and use the blended board to decide where next week's budget goes.
One more line on the agency side of the ledger: the reporting retainer is only revenue once the client pays it. If a handful of clients routinely pay late, automated invoice follow-ups by email and SMS recover more margin than switching reporting tools ever will.
Does Coupler.io do white label client reporting?
Not as a branded client portal. Coupler.io moves data into a destination, and Pro adds team and client workspaces plus in-app dashboards, but the branded report your client opens is something you build in Looker Studio, Sheets or Power BI. AgencyAnalytics includes a white-labeled portal with your own domain and email on its one plan, which is the main thing the extra dollars per client buy.
