Raven Tools pricing: all five Raven Tools plans, seat caps and cost per client

Raven Tools prices in a way that looks generous and reads badly in a spreadsheet. Every plan includes every tool, so nobody is upselling you a feature. What Raven sells you instead is capacity, and it sells it on two meters at once: how many campaigns or domains you track, and how many people can log in.

That second meter is the one that catches agencies. The domain allowances are wide, 20 on a $79 plan and 80 on a $139 plan, so a growing book of clients rarely trips them. The seat allowances are narrow: 2, 4, 8, 20 and 40. An eight-person agency with twelve clients is nowhere near the domain limit on Start and is two people over the seat limit, so it pays Grow.

Everything below was read off raventools.com in September 2026, including the yearly prepaid totals and the position-check allowances, which most pricing roundups leave out. Raven has been part of TapClicks since 2017, and some of its pricing documentation now lives on TapClicks support pages, which is worth knowing if you go looking for terms.

The short answer

Raven Tools costs $39 to $399 per month billed annually, or $49 to $479 billed monthly, across five plans: Small Biz, Start, Grow, Thrive and Lead. Every plan includes the full toolset, and the two things Raven actually meters are campaigns/domains (2, 20, 80, 160, 320) and user seats (2, 4, 8, 20, 40). For most agencies the seat cap is what forces the upgrade, not the domain cap. Full white label starts on Grow at $139 a month annually; the two cheapest plans give you subdomain, email and report branding only.

Why it works

What you get with Raven Tools pricing

01

Every plan has every tool

Raven does not ration features by tier. Rank tracking, site auditing, backlink data, competitor research and the report builder are on Small Biz at $39 the same way they are on Lead at $399. The single exception is white labeling. That makes the plan choice a pure capacity question, which is unusual and genuinely buyer-friendly.

02

Seats bind before domains do

The five seat caps are 2, 4, 8, 20 and 40, against domain caps of 2, 20, 80, 160 and 320. Domains scale roughly 16x from Start to Lead while seats scale 10x from a much lower base. Work out your headcount first and your client count second, because headcount is what will actually set the tier.

03

Only three ad platforms connect

Raven integrates Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook. There is no TikTok, no LinkedIn, no Amazon Ads and no Shopify or Stripe revenue. If the report you owe a client is paid-media performance rather than SEO progress, that list is where most evaluations end, whatever the price says.

In depth

Raven Tools pricing, worked through the way an agency actually buys it

How much does Raven Tools cost?

Raven Tools costs between $39 and $399 per month when you prepay for a year, and between $49 and $479 when you pay monthly. The five plans are Small Biz, Start, Grow, Thrive and Lead. Prepaying a year costs $468, $948, $1,668, $2,988 and $4,788 respectively, which is a saving of roughly 17 to 27 percent depending on the tier.

The discount is not flat across the ladder, which is worth a second look before you commit twelve months. Small Biz saves 20 percent annually, Start saves 27 percent, Grow saves 30 percent, Thrive saves 17 percent and Lead saves 17 percent. The middle of the ladder is where prepaying pays off most, and Thrive is where it pays off least.

There are no per-client fees and no per-report fees, which is the main structural difference between Raven and the per-client tools. Once you are inside a tier, adding an eleventh or a fortieth client changes nothing on the invoice.

What do the Raven Tools plans include?

All five include the same 45 or so tools: rank tracking, site auditing, backlink research, competitor analysis, keyword research and the report builder. Raven does not hold features back for higher tiers, so you are never paying for access, only for volume.

The volume comes in three units. Campaigns or domains: 2, 20, 80, 160 and 320. User seats: 2, 4, 8, 20 and 40. Position checks, which is how Raven meters rank tracking: 1,500, 15,000, 20,000, 25,000 and 30,000 per month. That third meter is the quietest one, and it is the reason a heavy rank-tracking agency can outgrow a plan without adding a single client.

The one genuine feature difference is branding, covered below. Everything else scales.

Which Raven Tools plan do I actually need?

Count your logins first. That single number resolves the choice more often than client count does, because the seat caps are tight relative to the domain caps. Two people is Small Biz, up to four is Start, up to eight is Grow, up to twenty is Thrive, and beyond that is Lead.

A worked example: an agency with 12 clients and 6 staff. Twelve domains fits comfortably inside the 20 that Start allows, so on domains alone Start at $79 is correct. Six logins do not fit inside the 4 seats Start allows, so the real answer is Grow at $139. The seat cap costs that agency $720 a year, and no domain-based comparison table would have shown it.

The exception is a rank-tracking-heavy shop. If you track thousands of keywords daily, check the position-check allowance before the seat count, because 15,000 checks on Start disappears faster than most people expect.

Does Raven Tools offer white label reports?

Partly on the two cheapest plans and fully from Grow upward, and the distinction matters if reports are your client deliverable. Small Biz and Start give you a custom subdomain, branded email sending and branded reports. That covers most of what a small shop needs.

Full white label, which removes Raven branding from the interface itself, starts on Grow at $139 a month billed annually. If your clients log in to view dashboards rather than receive PDFs, that is the line you have to clear, and it means the effective entry price for a white-labeled agency setup is $139, not $39.

Compared with the rest of the category that is reasonable. Klipfolio charges $299 a month as a white-label bundle on top of the plan, and Databox sells white labeling as a paid add-on. We work the whole category through on agency reporting software pricing, normalized to cost per client.

Is Raven Tools good value for paid media reporting?

No, and the price is not the reason. Raven connects to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook, and that is the whole list. There is no TikTok, no LinkedIn, no Amazon Ads, no Pinterest and no Snap. For an SEO retainer that is irrelevant. For a paid social account it is disqualifying, whatever the tier costs.

The deeper limitation is what Raven reports on. It shows you what each platform says about itself. It does not reconcile that against the revenue your store and payment processor actually banked, which is the calculation that produces blended ROAS, blended CAC and MER. Adding platform-claimed revenue together overstates the real total by roughly 20 to 40 percent, because the platforms claim the same conversions as each other.

That is the split we would draw honestly. Raven is an SEO toolkit with client reporting attached, and it is a good one at $139. If what you owe a client is rank movement, site health and backlink progress, buy it. We compare it directly against the closest per-client rival on Agency Analytics vs Raven Tools, and set it beside the rest of the field on Raven Tools competitors.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Raven Tools for agencies?

Cheaper per client, yes, in several directions, but they are not like-for-like and it is worth being precise about that. Oviond meters clients only and works out at $7.60 per client at 10 clients against Raven at $13.90. Raven overtakes it at scale: at 50 clients Raven is $4.98 per client and Oviond is $6.32, because Raven stops charging once you are inside a tier.

AgencyAnalytics is the direct per-client competitor at $20 per client per month billed annually, which is more expensive than Raven at every size but includes 85+ integrations against Raven's three, plus unlimited staff and client users. That integration count is what you are paying the difference for.

MixedMetrics sits in a different lane and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. We do not do rank tracking, site audits or backlink data, and we have no white-label client portal, so we are not a Raven replacement for an SEO agency. What we do is unify ad spend across Google, Meta and TikTok with Shopify and Stripe revenue into blended ROAS, blended CAC, MER and LTV:CAC on one board, from $79 a month flat. If your reporting problem is paid media rather than search rankings, start with agency reporting software or look at the wider Raven Tools alternatives list.

Good questions

Questions about Raven Tools pricing

Raven Tools costs $39 to $399 per month billed annually, or $49 to $479 billed monthly, across five plans. Small Biz is $39, Start is $79, Grow is $139, Thrive is $249 and Lead is $399 on annual billing. Every plan includes the full toolset; the plans differ on domains, user seats, position checks and white labeling.
Small Biz at $39 a month billed annually, or $49 monthly, which works out at $468 for a prepaid year. It covers 2 campaigns or domains, 2 user seats and 1,500 position checks a month, with subdomain, email and report branding. For most agencies it is a solo or two-person plan rather than a working tier.
Seats are capped at 2 on Small Biz, 4 on Start, 8 on Grow, 20 on Thrive and 40 on Lead. Raven does not sell extra seats separately, so passing a cap means moving up a whole tier. This is the meter that sets the plan for most agencies, because the domain allowances are far more generous than the seat allowances.
Raven advertises a free trial on every plan and asks for a card only when you upgrade. Third-party sources quote the length as either 7 or 14 days and Raven has changed it over time, so confirm the current term at signup rather than trusting a roundup. No plan carries a published money-back guarantee.
Grow, Thrive and Lead include full white label, starting at $139 a month billed annually. Small Biz and Start include a custom subdomain, branded email and branded reports but keep Raven branding in the interface. If clients log in to dashboards rather than receiving PDFs, $139 is your real entry price.
No. Raven integrates three ad platforms only: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook. There is no TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, Pinterest or Snap connector, and no Shopify or Stripe revenue import. For SEO reporting that is fine; for paid social reporting it usually ends the evaluation before price matters.
Yes at almost every size, because Raven charges flat tiers and AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client per month. At 10 clients Raven is $139 against $200; at 50 clients it is $249 against $1,000. The trade is integrations: AgencyAnalytics carries 85+ against Raven's three, plus unlimited staff and client logins.
